About BR Prime - Beau Rivage
Glamour is back and it tastes divine.
Say hello to the quintessential American steakhouse where modern glamour, impeccable service and amazing food (but of course!) come together to transform your evening into a special occasion. This synergy of substance and style is as apparent in the restaurant's design as it is in the delectable platters dispatched via the open kitchen. From the dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass wine display flanking the sleek bar to the intimately curved banquettes in the dining room, BR Prime exudes a contemporary sophistication that manages to be both welcoming and refined.
Linger over a menu brimming with enticing choices like wet-aged and dry-aged prime beef, Kobe ribeye, lobster tail from South Africa or Maine, lobster tempura, seasonal oysters, stone crab and seafood risotto. And whether you're entertaining or romancing, be sure to indulge in one of BR Prime's irresistible dessert selections.

BR Prime - Beau Rivage Ratings and Reviews
Always enjoy this restaurant. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Disappointed with our waiter. He treated us like he was doing us a favor to wait on us. My husband thought it was because we didn't order an expensive bottle of wine. Regardless, we will go back but hope for a different waiter.
Lump crab risotto with asparagus was Best we ever had. Not impressed with it being a prime steakhouse. 3 of 4 dinners were cooked incorrectly. Lamb was perfect. Porterhouse was over cooked, one filet was under cooked One was over cooked (both ordered medium)
We come to the Beau Rivage many times a year and this is a "Must Dine Experience" every visit. The service, atmosphere and food are outstanding every time. We always have the Sommelier help us chose a good wine and we are never disappointed at all.
On this visit, we ordered the Chateaubriand for two and had a slight issue with the food. The restaurant was busy, but not crowded or full. We asked for the Chateaubriand to be cooked medium and it came out very rare - we had to send it back and then it came out overcooked. We did not send back a second time and managed through the meal. All of the other side dishes and food were excellent. Our waiter was Leo and he did a fabulous job keeping up with everything going on.
This was unusual as we have eaten here many times and never had an issue. We will be back there again and every time we visit the Beau Rivage.
Went for our anniversary and it was pretty terrible-shockingly overpriced for what it was, our waiter spoke so quietly we couldn't hear him and was openly disdainful of us, and there were 6 small children running wild in the middle of the restaurant at 10 pm on a Saturday night. Definitely skip this and head next door to Ruth Chris at the Hard Rock for a better experience all the way around.
This was our fifth time at this restaurant. In the past,it was a great dining experience, with atmosphere, great service and great food. This past Friday, the food was absolutely awful. The place was loud, and had all the things you see in a fast food place.Late and cold food. Our server, who we have used many times,Natalie was as usual AWESOME.She was trying to serve many tables and did not have a lot of help.SAD.
This was our second time at BR. I've had a great experience there so we expected another one. The lobster bisque was delicious. I ordered the NY Steak medium temp. The steak arrived raw. Sent it back and was still raw. The waiter was very apologetic. I ate it anyway so it wouldn't go to waste. We were comped a creme brûlée which was what we expect from BR Prime. They were out of their signature soufflé but that was ok. We will be back again but hope that the Steak is cooked better than it was this time.
We eat here every year during a convention we attend. It is always excellent. It is expensive so make sure you are winning before you go... The "dry ice" cocktails are fun and good. The filet is very good. My husband prefers the dry-age options and loves it. The restaurant is kid friendly but better for older kids.
We were greeted with "Did you call ahead for a reservation?" as we approached the desk. There were 3 males and 2 females standing there. There was no "can I help you?" Very rude. Food was good, buy my medium cooked filet was room temperature at best. I know it is better when it is hot, because I have had it many times before. We sure miss seeing Steve's smiling face, and his counter recognition of us.
It was great as always, but could be made even better if they enforced their dress code! -- The website calls for "From smart-casual to the "nines"", but the folks next to our table were in cargo shorts and t-shirts. To top that off a party of about 10 millinneals came in with a reservation that called for a special seating -- with the guys in dirty jeans and t-shirts while the ladies were outfitted for the prom.
Very nice place to dine especially for a special night out as it is on the expensive side. Great service, as well as wine list, food and it's presentation. My husband did say his NY strip, although very tasty, was a little chewy in spots. My only complaint would be that the tables for two were a little too close together especially when the person at table next to us talked on his phone for a good length of time. Overall it was a very nice dinner and evening and would highly recommend it.
We went for the special Mother's Day Brunch as the restaurant is not normally open during the day. The brunch buffet included cold seafood selections of king crab legs, lobster tails, jumbo shrimp and fresh oysters on the half shell. A wide assortment of breakfast and side dishes were available. A carving station and omelet station were also offered. A wide assortment of mini-deserts were also presents and were quite delicious. At $65 pp which included bottomless Mimosas, Bloody Mary's or Moscow Mules it was a reasonable price for such upscale fare. I hope they offer a Father's Day brunch
