Perfect service, good attitude, good food!
There are a few menu items to stay away from, notably the sea bass... the bread is amazing, salads are so so, entrees all got decent feedback from our party but nobody was blown away. Table of 7 with 3 bottles of wine ran about $900 with tip.
Food was amazing. Get the Sea Bass!!! Dessert was awesome too!!! Some staff was rushing us which I didn’t like considering it was our first time there. I understand it’s busy but don’t rush guest or act like you don’t have time to speak with them. Randell, Tony, and Russell (i think that was his name-sommelier) was great!
I had taken my girlfriend to Bouchon for our first anniversary. Everything was perfect. From the service to the food and drinks, we were both impressed by it all. Even with a convention going on in the courtyard and some minor wind, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

As always the food is the star. Sunday brunch we had Hash and Eggs Benedict both set the bar for others to try and emmulate.
We were expecting a more upscale experience. The ambiance and dress code was surprisingly lax, which was disappointing. We had several appetizers and dishes. The food was decent quality, but it wasn’t overly exciting. The roasted chicken, however, was amazing. I’d order that specific dish again. The service was superior. Our server was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional.
Teddy, our server, was quite, quite good (though totally rushed) and was excellent in being sure to keep me away from ingredients that would cause a horrible allergic reaction. If we dine there again I would not hesitate to ask for one of his tables.
The menu contained some of our favorite items that are no longer easy to find like sweetbreads (some of the best I've ever had) and seared foie gras.
We were seated at a TINY little 2-top which led to a most annoying result. Per Teddy, the fresh dover sole special of the day would be de-boned table-side. We incorrectly assumed that the pricing for this entree would be in line with the other entrees on the menu ($18.95 for Croque Madame to $59.00 for a rib eye) and found out later that it came in at $65.00 per serving. So if pricing means anything to you, we would suggest inquiring before ordering the specials of the day.
Instead of de-boning the fish alongside the table or on a cart in the aisle, Teddy's helper tried to do it on the tiny tabletop. So, when he accidentally flipped the skeleton as he de-boned the fish, he splatted fish and butter and spices all over the front of my black silk top. He couldn't believed he's done it but I had to ask for soda water and then had to send him back for a black napkin (which I knew they had) rather than the white one which would have left a ton of residue. Perhaps he didn't mention this to Teddy, because it never came up again - no "so sorry" or "please have dessert or coffee on us" - nothing. We found this quite out of character for such an upscale restaurant.
All in all, we would return but for nearly $200. per person, I would have expected not to have been crammed in quite so tightly, and would have expected the staff helping Teddy to have alerted him to any mishaps.
From beginning to end it was awesome!! We were greeted promptly by the friendly hostess. We were sat on the patio at a nice table for two. It was our wedding anniversary. Our server brought us a champagne toast to start our evening. Food, services, atmosphere everything was wonderful. I had the French onion soup and mussels. My husband had a salad and the trout. This is a nice romantic spot and we will be back

We love Bouchon and have been there many times. The food is great! This time was a bit disappointing. I had written a note in my reservation that we would be in town celebrating our 40th anniversary and would love a great table. Obviously, no one reads reservation notes...we were taken straight to a banquette that was about 6 inches away from the next party. We refused the table and had to wait. Next table was perfect; however, we should have been taken to that table to begin with. Read the notes, people!
Simply the best
Food was excellent and location and ambiance felt a million miles away from the noise and vulgarity of the strip. Best French restaurant I’ve eaten in for a while, and reasonable strip prices at that.
We never miss Bouchon when in Vegas at least annually. It is elegant but comfortable and the service is always impeccable. I would never complain but I was a bit taken aback this visit when we received our bill. Please don't get this wrong , the food, ambiance and service were second to none , but they 'sold' me on subbing my fries that came with the Ribeye with Truffle fries. The fries are always fabulous but the waiter recommended trying the truffle fries which he claimed were even better. So I went with the truffle and yes, they were just as fabulous. BUT what he did not tell us is that the truffle fries sub was a $10 upcharge which I discovered on our bill. I would not have spent $10 to replace fries, would have got another cocktail for the $10. That was disappointing so please ask if there is an upcharge for recommended substitutions!
Enjoyed dinner on Mother's Day. Especially noteworthy was the foie gras and crispy pig ears. The roasted leg of lamb and sea bass were spot on.
Save time for the experience. - I would not recommend rushing such a wonderful meal. Wait staff asked if we had a schedule to keep or wanted to enjoy the night, which we wanted to enjoy the night so they paced everything to accommodate. The food was amazing, must try the chicken and the sausage. In fact, do all the courses from appetizers, to salad, to main course, cheese and desert. You absolutely must have the sommelier pair a bottle of wine to your taste and/or meal selection. The entire wait staff was courteous and knowledgeable of the menu. Wonderful night!!! Highly recommend reservations.
The Steak Bouchon was absolutely delicious and came with an exorbitant amount of French fries. Service was excellent and our waiter was helpful in getting us to our show in plenty of time.
Somewhat disappointing, my expectations were high. Hostess sat us at our table which was set for 4, and then had us remove the extra silverware and napkins. Escargot were ok, not garlicky enough, not in their shells, the pastry puffs were good but too much. The sweetbread, as in one, was thick, a bit over cooked for my taste. My husband enjoyed the trout, very nicely prepared. We both had mashed potatoes, mine served under the sweetbread, his as a side, we both thought they were thin, runny, similar to packaged potatoes. The bread was good, there were no bread plates, we weren’t sure if this was thei style or the staff didn’t put them down. The bar served a nice Kir. I would not return, nor recommend.
Good food. Disorganized check in process. Erratic service. It took a long time to get the first course. We were still eating salads and they were bringing the entrees- shouldn’t happen in this type of restaurant. Nice touches complimentary mimosas and macaroons for Mother’s Day.
Great food, but the service was extremely slow (1 hour to get food) . I was surprised they weren't prepared for the Mothers Day, crowd. It definitely put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun occasion.
Mother’s Day Brunch was great. Service can have been better. Not sure servants were overwhelmed with a busy day like Mother’s Day but food and ambiance were fantastic.

This is our 2nd time at Bouchon and look forward to coming back. Quite pricey but it’s worth it for special occasions.

Absolutely amazing food that rivals the best dinner I've ever had in a restaurant! The steak was melt in your mouth and you absolutely must upgrade to the truffle fries which are to die for.

Brunch came with a pastry which are normally fabulous but not today. First they had nothing left so I had no choice but to take the chocolate croissant, then the croissant tasted like it was a day or 2 old. Stale croissants should be thrown out and not offered with a full price meal. Very disappointed

Always go to Bouchon, asked the waiter to take our group photo , he would not, we got busboy to do it ! Carrot soup was fabulous ! There are so many terrific places in Vegas now , Bouchon has some competion !
Outstanding seasonal menu and service and atmosphere
O.k. but disappointing. Had one of the best brunches EVER in 2011. Now, good but ho hum. Water and cocktail were not cold and had to search for someone to bring ice. Service ok bu5 slow at beginning. Omelette was acceptable but had cheese which was not a listed ingredient and would have preferred it left out. Noisy and seated right next to another party even though restaurant was half empty. Coffee was Great but rest of meal just not special.
Established restaurant here in Las Vegas and known for the shell fish and great ambiance, however, the tables are jammed together, so don't expect to have a private conversation. Diverse menu that is pricey but good quality.
Great waitstaff. Food was excellent. Was noisy so hard to have a conversation. Love the look of the bar.

Had a relaxing dinner at Bouchon. Our waiter - Coby was great! He had very good recommendations on wine pairing and was very friendly. I had the Sea Bass and it was incredible. We will definitely return!

Would have given 5 stars across the board in all categories but was disappointed in our waiter service. It seemed that after our initial contact we had to ask for everything else..ie water refill, coffee, pepper etc. , a problem exacerbated by his disappearance from our end of the patio and his and his partner's well developed ability to avoid eye contact with any patrons when they did breeze by. This is among my favorite restaurants in Vegas for all kinds of meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and has been uniformly excellent on all my prior visits, so I will chalk this one up to the individual and not the restaurant. I will go back.
