Thomas Keller's Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. The exquisite décor is the perfect setting for Bouchon’s culinary delights. Chef Crain rediscovers the classics, using historical reference points and classic French techniques, combined with a modern approach. The menu offers classic bistro dishes including steak frites, roasted chicken, quiche, boudin noir, pot de crème and profiteroles. The selection of fruits de mer is celebrated as one of the finest in Las Vegas. The service, staff and food was undeniably amazing yet again. Everyone made me feel so special as I celebrated my 40th birthday at one our favorite places. This is a must-experience, one of a kind restaurant with staff that continue to go above and beyond.

Had a dinner reservation but was having such a good time at the bar we stayed there. The bartender made a spectacular Old Fashioned and made excellent recommendations! Salmon and Duck...two things I rarely eat. I was delighted! Can’t wait to go back.

The food was absolutely fabulous! This meal was fantastic - even a simple salad was bursting with flavor but still tasted fresh and not overdone. The soups were delicious and the entrees were all perfectly prepared, delicious and satisfying without feeling heavy. And that left room for dessert! It was all wonderful and I will be back next time I’m in town!

Our entire experience was positive from beginning to end. My husband ordered the rib eye steak, and it was perfectly prepared and delicious.
My trout was easily the best I’ve ever had. We also ordered Brussels sprouts, and they were as good as it gets.
The wine list could be expanded, but I was able to find a delicious rose’ that paired well with my meal.

Amazing! Bouchon is so consistent, and we just can’t get enough of it.

We got a bunch of stuff, and our server did very well in suggesting the order and pacing our meal, we had them split all our big dishes in two.

I would highly recommend Bouchon, and we will keep coming back.

Celebrating my 27th wedding anniversary with my beautiful wife. The food was very good the service was good as well. I would recommend this place to anybody traveling into Las Vegas. I’ve eaten that many restaurants on the strip, this is one that should be on everyone’s list!

Didn't like the complimentry bread just placed on table.no side plates. Crumbs everywhere,this would be better in a basket,. Didn't like the meuns on paper really let it down. Chicken dish was bland and to runny so potatoes were soggy. The champagne was fab but would prefer bottle left on table in Ice bucket as we also do photos to friends while away. We do like are fine things so wasn't overly impressed, staff were lovely but knew they were not happy with our tip we are Irish and not used to this anyway so left 8 dollars and the waiter had a bee in his bonet from this we could tell. Apologies but we were a bit disappointed overall

Unless you are a fan of french food (which I am not) I would not recommend it. Both my husband and I had the leg of lamb and I thought I was eating my sweater! But then, French food isn't my thing.

Our third time, always a pleasure. Lamb shank special was great. Steak frite good as always. Truffle gnudi special, however, was a disappointment. Pricey as one would expect, and gnudi was terrific, but the truffle used was largely flavorless. None of that wonderful truffle smell or flavor. Still a great place for dinner with friends or date night out.

Must visit!!! Best service in Vegas!! Ask about the daily special as well. Try the Fois ages as appetizer, can’t go wrong with the Sancerre $80 bottle. Butter lettuce and Roquefort salads!!

Ernesto was our server and he was outstanding. He made a fantastic wine recommendation. We had some really good oysters, although some are extremely small and I was surprised that they serve them. The lamb and trout were delicious. The flatiron steak was a bit sinewy. Will definitely return next time we’re in Vegas

Cocktails: Chopin>blue cheese dirty martinis
Soup: Soupe à l oignon (ask server to describe) phenomenal, well balanced.
Entree: antrecôte con frite .Tender and juicy on the inside and browned and flavorful on the outside. PERFECTION

Dessert and Latte, TO GO... No problem!!!
