grilled eye of the rib & sauce Béarnaise, served with French fries
pan-seared flat iron steak, caramelized shallots & maître d'hôtel butter, served with French fries
breaded top sirloin, country gravy, two scrambled eggs, Bouchon buttermilk biscuit
The food was amazing, the place is beautiful. I am guessing some of the wait staff etc. may be newer. It took a bit for anyone to come by and even give us water, we ordered two courses, we were barely in to our first when the brought out the second. It isn’t the worst thing and we would eat there again, just felt like a place of that caliber would be a bit more customer service oriented. By the way one of the items we ordered was a special, that we weren’t told about, I just happened to see it on the board. The food is of course wonderful

Absolutely exquisite! The best breakfast I’ve ever had on the strip. All the dishes/pastries tasted amazing. Their house bread is so crusty and soft on the inside. The service was great, and if you can score patio seating, it’s worth it.

Gary, our server, was so friendly and engaging! Jason ran after my husband to return his phone after he forgot it at the table. Food itself was absolutely delicious. We went for dinner and should probably also visit for brunch.
It is one of our favorite restaurants- we always know exactly what we want when we go and the service is always perfect . The food is always perfect and the prices are great for the quality

This was my first visit to a Chef Keller restaurant and it did not disappoint. It was a perfect experience, from the reservation process all the way to the dessert. We went to celebrate our anniversary and they even treated us with some champagne, the warm pistachios were an amazing treat. Probably one of the best meals we have ever had. Thank you!

Rib eye steak with fries and the chicken were superb. Potato puree is delicious. Service is always impeccable. Drinks are good but there's a lot of ice and skimpy on the actual drink.
Bouchon is our "must do" visit while in Las Vegas. The food is outstanding, we always get the foie gras (no one does it better) and request Ernesto as our server. The atmosphere is old school, the service is impeccable and the food never disappoints. This experience is one of the reasons we keep coming back to Las Vegas.
for a French restaurant, the food is heavily salted. I barely tasted truffle on my fries too.

Easy to get reservations in advance for dinner. We sat outside...nice ambiance. Bread was fresh and warm. All other dishes were average.
The Steak Bouchon was amazing and the salads were so flavorful. Cant wait to go back next time I’m in Vegas. Highly Recommend

Excellent service! Teddy was our waiter and he made Easter Sunday brunch wonderful. Portions are large we couldn’t eat the remainder of our main dish. We wish they’d had bottomless mimosas but overall would recommend for a prixe fix brunch option.
Best Crab Benedict I have ever had! Crab was fresh and plentiful.

I was unaware the restaurant is on the 10th floor, so it took a couple of extra minutes. Overall, the food was very good, albeit my medium rare steak came well done. I would have had it reordered but the waiter took too long to return. Still tasted good.
As expected: wonderful. Ate outside on the terrace. All dishes were flawless. Chicken was fantastic. Service was proficient and friendly. I hope to visit french laundry and per se one one of these days since always been very satisfied with bouchon.
We booked Bouchon for his birthday dinner and both of us had steak Bouchon for our entree, shared a plate of escargot for appetizer, and dessert of course. The star of the dinner was definitely the creme brulee. The steaks were great, they were cooked perfectly, with loads of fries on the plate and the escargot was also good.
Service was amazing, in the end they gave us a lemon tart pie with a candle for his birthday, I think that was really nice.
Our only wish was for the music to be a little less loud so we could talk to each other easier.
Overall, a great night, great dinner, great experience!
My wife and I really enjoyed Bouchon! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend dining there and we will surely go again.. Great service, food and ambiance from the 10th floor at the Venetian.

The staff was great but one rowdy group that was never asked to tone it down made the dinner unbearable.
Delicious food and outstanding service
Our waiter was incredible! When our daughter ordered a champagne cocktail he ID’d her and saw that today was indeed her 21st birthday. Because of that little detail he noticed, he brought a wonderful surprise dessert to our table when we finished with brunch!

Eat here...food was delicious! Best bang for your buck. Haven eaten more expensive meals that were not as good. Would absolutely come back!
Our server was attentive, but the other staff seemed to be always in a hurry. Also, I indicated in my reservation that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday but nothing special was done. So I guess they didn’t bother to read the note from reservation. The mussel was really good, the trout was okay. The salmon rillet was okay too.
We ate at the bar and Carlo took great care of us. Love this restaurant
Best overall meal I had in Vegas. Ordered the Steak Bouchon added truffle to the fries.
We had an excellent time. The food, service, and even wine pair was top notch. And the macaroons were perfectly made, which can be hard to come by.
Had the onion soup, lamb, and chicken. Everything was excellent.
