Bouchon at The Venetian
Beautiful environment; delicious food.
Great food and service
We enjoy dinner at Bouchon. The food was great and they took good care of us.
Amazing food and service. Can’t wait to come back to Las Vegas just to dine here again.
What an outstanding setting, food, and service. We can’t wait to come back to Las Vegas just to dine here again. Loved the chicken and waffles, mimosas and compote.
Great vibe and food. It was excellent brunch.
Had an amazing breakfast after a long week at a trade show. We love Bouchon for dinner but to experience Chef Keller’s iconic chicken and waffles was amazing. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a delicious and complex sauce, parlayed with a tender bacon and spice infused light waffle with Impeccable syrup. The service was on point and so friendly. They really took care of us. Loved it!!! Can’t wait to go back.
First of all, the staff was great. The food not so much. Was expecting better considering this was Thomas Keller's restaurant. We ordered the Waygu steak, medium rare. It come out medium, but that wasn't the problem. There was no marbling to the meat. The texture was dry and tough. Made me wonder if this was even Waygu beef. Even if it was cooked properly at medium rare, I'm not sure if it would have tasted good. Probably should have said something, but I usually hate to do that unless it's not edible. This was, but prob on the same level of quality if not worse than Ponderosa or Bonanza.
Great as always
Excellent experience and more affordable than I thought I would be. Favorites were the foie gras, escargot and the lobster. Chicken was also amazing.
There's really not one thing I can complain about. I think the noise level was high because it was during CES and the feeling was of being a little rushed. The food was good, nothing outstanding - well other than the truffle fries - those were amazing! They did have gluten free bread for my friend but not a gluten free menu like so many others offer these days. Everyone that waited on us was very nice.
Good food little expensive and service
Chicken had red blood flow out of it.
It was outstanding! Couldn't have been better. The food was what you would expect of a restaurant of Thomas Keller.
Beautiful experience and the hospitality was superb. I did find the steak slightly disappointing- high quality meat but the prep & technique of the steak needs to be revisited by Chef Keller & team. All other foods were exceptional & top class.
Just OK. I went here for a specific dish which was listed on the on-line menu, but their actual menu is far more limited. I ordered the mussels in white wine and they were OK, but nothing that interesting. They use very large muscles -- I find smaller ones preferable -- and the sauce needed something else. White wine just isn't powerful enough to add much to the mussels. I expected more from a TK restaurant. It's also very difficult to find -- you have to locate a hidden hallway next to the generic food court and then talk your way past a guard to get on an guest elevator to the 10th floor of a tower.
Delicious food. The bread is amazing. We had the salmon and a salad and their soup special. It was a little too much food! The meal is heavy so go easy on the ordering! But it was wonderful and the service was great.
We had a reservation and checked the menu online. When we arrived there was no sign informing us of any changes. The menu had been changed with no French bistro options. They were serving a banquet menu for all of the convention people. The steak and pork chop could only be served medium or above. All in the name of serving more people at a faster pace. Will not be returning to a restaurant that we have been to numerous times. Steve
It was great!
Food was amazing just as expected and the service was professional.
Great experience with friends. It was late-ish but very quiet and wonderful. I don’t know Las Vegas well but was proud to be able to treat my friends to an elegant and delicious meal.
Great food, great service
Comida deliciosa y servicio excelente
Great service and food. Thank you for a memorable evening!
My only complaint was the menu itself. It was used as a napkin folder and printed on what appeared to be wrapping paper. When I unfolded it I couldn't read it because the print was so small and the lighting was so dim. OK, OK, I am 75 years old with not the best eyesight, but you need to improve the menu reading experience. (waiter was great, but would have been more helpful if he had a small flash light). I ended up ordering "a steak" that the waiter recommended but it contained a bit of gristle in the middle.
Foie Gras was excellent. Cheese platter was quite good. We tried a variety of entrees and liked all of them.
The food was great, also service and the recommendations. I was glad to go again.
Went here for NYE. It is a Thomas Keller restaurant of the famed French Laundry in Napa VAlley. They had a 3-course prix-fixe menu for $150pp. The food was fantastic, the service was great. Definitely worth it for the occasion. I would revisit this restaurant!
Outstanding service just outstanding. Great atmosphere and great food and wine. Thanks for the wine recommendations
Excelente cocina y gran ambiente, muy recomendable
Great food and service, my wife had an allergy and they really looked after us. Felt really comfortable with the advice and care.
The atmosphere is nice and service was prompt and informative. The poulet roti was a large portion with a nice sauce. The risotto rice did not seem like aborio which was not a problem, just different, and the dish was very creamy. Overall, food presentation was good and well prepared but we felt each dish had twice as much salt as needed.
Love this place.
Everything was spot on! From how they greeted us, the speed of service and the food was amazing! Not a bad price either.
Bottle of merlot, olives, 2 mains for $151.
Celebrating my son’s birthday, have to ask several times for an item or a service (glass of wine) that we have ordered, my wife and one of my sons got the wrong dish that the waiter has recomended, he got to have the recomended ones rushed the table.
Meet dishes were cooked to perfection (midium rare) everything else was ok.
Overpriced with below average food and service. It’s very noisy. They oversell their reputation with providing lousy food that is no major difference than bar food. Sandwich entree was overpriced and heavy. Confit de canard was not well prepared.
The escargot was an excellent start of the meal
For me and French onion soup for my husband. Our bottle of wine selected for us was perfect. I had the gnocchi which was lightly sautéed and sat on a bed of carrot purée and chunks of carrots. The gnocchi were the lightest I ever had. I wasn’t a fan of the cream dollops. My husband had the salmon which was perfectly seared and had a fine top of light crust on top. The view overlooking the Eiffel Tower added to the ambiance.
Our favorite restaurant. Been coming for years
This was our 3rd time at the restaurant. Always delicious food and drinks /wine. You can never go wrong with this one. Always a good one! We have lunch and dinner over there. Highly mend!
Excellent service and excellent food. Would definitely return when I return to Las Vegas.
Very good birthday brunch, only concern for those dining would be if they like strong coffee order the coffee, if not suggested try a latte or a café au lait
