This was an amazing experience. Seamless seating in a nice location and our waiter was OUTSTANDING. Food was the best we’ve ever had. Can’t say enough great things
It's not very often that I'm blown away by a meal, but my dinner experience at Bouchon last night was beyond incredible. Our server, Josip, was incredibly friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave us some fantastic recommendations for our meal. For our appetizer we shared the marinated olives and deviled eggs, both of which tasted incredible. We were also brought fresh bread and warm pistachios for the table which were both so delicious as well.
For my main course, I had the daily special which included swordfish over ratatouille. This was, by far, the best swordfish dish I've ever had! For dessert, I had a raspberry, passion fruit, and pistachio macaron each of which were so delicious.
If you're looking for great seafood, or even French food in general, I would HIGHLY recommend eating at Bouchon next time you're in Vegas!!!
Always need a meal at Bouchon when in Vegas. The weather was too hot for the outside to be open but if you are in Vegas during milder temps try for an outside table - it’s so nice.
Great restaurant, food was excellent, well prepared, service couldn't have been better, delightful staff. Had the trout, two of our party had the steak, and one the chicken. For appetizers we had the oysters, snails and onion soup. Will definitely return the next time we are in Las Vegas.
The food was delicious and service exceptional. However, the tables were a little close where we didn’t want to join in the conversation of those sitting next to us.l, but couldn’t help it. That was unpleasant and annoying.
Excellent service. Menu I thought was a bit limited. Food was ok to good. Noting special.
I was a bit disappointed. The decor was beautiful The service was excellent( waiter was superior). However, my food was mediocre snd the noise level was unbearable. You could not converse. It is a true shame because I try to go to Thomas Keller’s restaurants whenever I can.
Gary, our server, was outstanding. The drinks were stellar; food good. Wish something other than fries accompanied the entrees; however, we will go back.
Possibly the worst food we have ever had in a fine dining experience. The devilled eggs and cheese were straight out of the fridge. My mussels (Ok, who chooses mussels in Vegas, but they were on the Keller menu) were over cooked and the broth was basically tarragon vinegar. My partner’s chicken was dry and unseasoned. Service was fantastic. The kitchen, especially the chefs, have not been trained. This was seriously bad. Go to Picasso’s. Or Hell’s Kitchen
The chefs must have had an off night @ cooking. Our chicken was over cooked, coffee was lukewarm, mussels we’re flavorless. The service was very attentive & the drinks were good.
Our celebratory dinner was absolutely delicious! Our entire experience was wonderful. Our server, Rosie was exceptional! And, we were able to participate in Restaurant Week to assist Three Square!
Bouchon fulfilled the great reviews we have read - definitely worth repeating!
Our server was very attentive and kind. The food was incredible. I would definitely go back the next time I’m in Vegas.
I probably wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Though it was nice and the food was good, I am not sure the overall experience warranted their prices. Our server was on the inattentive side, I had to flag down others walking by for things such as refills and questions about the menu and the food was Good, not Great. Oh, also we were packed in as the seats were really, really close. I easily could have stretched out my arms and touched people at the tables on either side of me. Luckily they were friendly!
Food-wise it's not worth the money. Ambience and service is great but I don't care about that and don't want to pay for that.
We dined during Restaurant Week and the food was amazing. The roasted chicken and trout were the mains and both were delicious. Best creme brûlée ever. And the service was spectacular from both our waiter, Joseph, to all the other staff. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. So glad we came here while in Vegas.
Excellent food and service. Would definitely go again.
We ordered the prix fixe brunch menu. It came with a croissant and an american breakfast of bacon, sausages, potatoes and eggs. Simple but good. We also ordered foie gras and mussels. They were delicious! We also had profiteroles for dessert. Amazing! It was an expensive brunch for 2 people but we thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll probably go back!
We enjoyed the brunch menu.
Everything was wonderful. The truffle fries stole the show!
the location would keep from returning. unless you are staying at the Venetian, Bouchon is accessible through garage elevators. A very rude guard prevented us from using the lobby elevator. the food was ok but a limited menuand definitely not "fit for foodies".
Great service and ambiance. We went for brunch and had amazing Blood orange and Pineapple mimosas. For the appetizer, we ordered the crevettes , large prawns served on ice with lemon and cocktail sauce. The prawns were so fresh.
Then we ordered spinach quiche with greens . It was delicious and light like a soufflé. We celebrated a birthday and they served us crème brûlée with a little birthday candle.
Great attention to detail and very knowledgeable staff.
Food and wait staff were excellent but a rowdy table of five men made the experience less than we expected. Too bad a group a few have to ruin it for the rest of us.
Brunch was divine! Our server was splendid and we appreciated the full French Fine Dinning experience. Dishes were even better than than our high expectations.
Attended Restaurant Week a for brunch.
The staff was superb.
The seating was awkward, as I sat on a seam that was a bit uncomfortable - restaurant was quite full therefore, guests were in close quarters.
The food, quality & and quantity were outstanding.
We always dine at Bouchon when we're in Las Vegas! The service is always outstanding, but so is the food and the atmosphere! So wonderful to see our server Gary again! He's the best!! The mussels were so darn good! Thank you for an incredible experience, as always.
Upscale but casual ambiance with a fantastic view. Outstanding customer service. Delicious cocktails & cuisine. Trout, poulet roti & profiteroles were favorites. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful evening celebrating my daughter’s engagement! The service was perfect and from the moment we arrived we were greeted and treated with kindness. I appreciate everyone taking care of us.
The food was wonderful but the service was even better! And my compliments to the wonderful hostess who seated us.
The original Bouchon in Yountville can't be beat; the Las Vegas version is so scaled up to feed the masses pouring through the front door, noisy and rushed.
Pastries delicious, salmon salad refreshing, service perfect, noise level high
Our server Russ was a pleasure! Fantastic time, wonderful service. Complimentary creme brulee for our birthday dinner. Food was made very well. Nothing was overly seasoned.
Dinner was great! This was our first time here, but definitely not the last!
This was our first visit to Bouchon; we thought we’d try Restaurant Week. Our experience was FABULOUS!!! I’m hoping you can check your records (I’m terrible with names), but our Waiter was the BEST!!! The food was yummy! The presentation was fun! The desserts were sooooo good! Thank you for a lovely experience.
The first server we were paired with was disappointing. Tragically so. After asking the very accommodating hosting staff we were assigned a friendly and competent server who enhanced our experience positively. The only blemish on an otherwise perfect evening and was quickly forgotten with the arrival of bread.
It seemed as if it were a new server in an overflow section desperately seating himself from the hosting stand. The abandoned 4 top (only 2 of us) in an empty section of an otherwise bustling dining room was not the main issue we had. The server in question treated us like were in the market for a used car and had never dined before. Even so much as to talk over my guest when she was inquiring about cocktails and rushing after marking the table wrong for 2x sparkling water etc.... But as I said, was corrected when asked and an amazing experience from then to end.
The dishes were perfect.
Entire staff was exceptionally welcoming. Food took awhile to come out but when it did, everything was delicious!!! We always enjoy coming back every time we are in Vegas! Thank you for making my daughter’s 13th Birthday so special.
Have always held a review as so many of my acquaintances love the restaurant. Incredible service aims to make the dining experience feel special. Food is good. Great place to take clients or a date, food is good but not great.
The quality of the food was impeccable. The service was outstanding, and the entire experience was classic fine dining with an up to date forward minded flare. Do not skip an opportunity to dine at Bouchon.
Excellent dining experience
