We have loved every Bouchon we have been too! Great food, best ambiance, service was very attentive. Definitely recommend.
Excellent food quality and presentation; cooked just perfect; back by superb, attentive and friendly service; I think drinks were somewhat overpriced, otherwise, an excellent dinning experience.
We had a truly memorable experience at Bouchon. Delicious food, great wine suggestion, amazing service! We will be back!
Excellent food. The service was exceptional and outgoing.
Food was ok. Missing some seasoning. I expected more from a Keller restaurant. Probably would not return.
By far the most romantic, delicious, and extravagant dinner I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Thank you
Really wanted to like this restaurant but we left disappointed. Wife and I went on Valentine's day so they had a set menu. Menu options looked good but everything was just ok. First course was a salad for my wife and the potato soup for me. I liked my soup and my wife said her salad was ok. Second course was Surf and Turf for my wife and Scallops over risotto for me. One major complaint is my wife's steak first came out over cooked and they replaced it with an undercooked steak. I tried the second steak since I prefer my steak rare and it lacked flavor and seasoning. My scallop dish was good but not great. Desserts were Cheesecake and Creme brulee. Both again were good but not great. I believe the set menu contributed to the experience but I highly doubt we would go back.
Exceptional service and a great meal
Great Valentine’s Day Menu
I had the filet and crab as Valentine’s Day entree. Crab was delicious but the filet wasn’t trimmed properly and I had a large inedible tendon running through it. Unfortunately the waiter didn’t come by to check on me until I was nearly finished with the rest of my meal. I basically just ate what I could off the meat.
It’s a Thomas Keller restaurant! Pretty much nothing else to say. Flawless food and execution!
Yes, I have the mussels every time I am there, do not get me wrong as I’ve had other plates but the mussels are my favorite.
Great bistro, high quality ingredients, service was strong!
Quaint restaurant away from the noise of the casino area. Service was great but the food was too salty. The onion soup and fries were way over salted. Difficult to enjoy. Skip the meal and go straight to dessert
Spectacular services and foods! Enjoy it very much!
We went to dinner before seeing a show. Everything was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable on the cocktail I might like. He didn’t explain the specials. The seared foie gras was wonderful. The lyonnaise salad was a bit too salty. As if the lettuce and greens were tossed in salt. The bouillabaisse allowed me to taste all the seafood on the menu. The scallop was perfectly done. We tried the poached meringue for dessert only because it was different from the usual French desserts. It was too sweet for my taste. The creme anglaise was a good compliment to it, so were the almonds.
Really disappointed by the quality of the food. Both our entrees were bad. Beef was over cooked and super dry. Fish was also dry.
I used to love coming to this restaurant and it was a dining highlight for me. This Saturday I brought my family (husband and 2 very well behaved kids). Even though I had made a reservation a few days prior and showed up right on time the Hostess took a look at my kids and stuck us in the darkest corner of the restaurant. The waiter was also very rude, did not smile or say hello. He was short and had his nose stuck up in the air the entire time. I felt like he was upset that he got stuck with our table. My husband ordered the most expensive item on the menu and the waiter forgot to bring him part of his meal. Outside of the coffee, the food was actually sub-par (I had the quiche and was disappointed with the height and texture). I really believe we were an afterthought at this establishment and our business was not appreciated. I have dined at French Laundry and was going to seek out the New York location to dine but I am having second thoughts after my experience in Vegas.
Each trip to Vegas includes a mandatory trip to Bouchon. It has easily been our most favorite restaurant experience in Vegas. However each time we seem to reach a new level of disappointment. Our server was barely attentive. Barely came to table. Food continues to be good, but it seems to have lost its special-ness. Flavors are a little more bland. Even the menu seems a little less exciting. The hash I had was what I would expect from a diner, maybe a slightly upscale dinner, but not too fancy. Of the 4 dishes at our table, only one was special/fantastic. The food was still good, but it feels things are slipping and that is sad because it was always so amazing. Please don't let it slip - we have so many fond memories of wonderful food and wonderful trips to the restaurant. Every visitor we bring to Vegas eats at Bouchon, we used to be super proud to share that with our visitors.
Promptly seated on a Friday night. Staff was very pleasant & service was excellent. Only thing I can be picky on was the French bouillabaisse was slightly over salted. Desserts were also fantastic & restaurant brought out a lovely one for my friend's birthday!
Bouchon never disappoints. Our waiter, Andrew, was superb. What a delightful evening!
Dinner and and waiter were awesome. The next day we went for breakfast and service was horrible. No refills on coffee waited for check for ever and finally had to go to front desk to get the check. No one offered to comp mimosas or anything while waiting for our check for over 20 minutes. This is not the type of service we are used to at bouchon.
We have eaten at Bouchon's a number of times, and the service and food has always be excellent. It gives you a very warm and fuzzy feeling when you walk in, and the Maitre de and waiter remember you. I highly recommend this restaurant for both lunch and dinner.
Food was great, service was excellent. I’d do it again.
Michael was a great server. Our table loved the food and service was great. This was my second time dining and it just gets better every visit.
Compared to other Super Bowl events I’ve been to in Las Vegas this one was not well organized or planned. The food was good but the staff didn’t seem to know who had reservations and who didn’t and allowed walk ins to be seated at better tables than those who reserved. I expected more from a Thomas Keller establishment. I likely won’t book again even though our server and the food were good.
Everything about our experience was fantastic. Can’t wait to return!
Everything about Bouchon is perfect food decor crowd and especially the service impeccable as always. Everyone I’m in Las Vegas it is my first dinner stop it’s literally the best restaurant experience in Las Vegas
Allow me to state first and foremost that our server and the staff in general were wonderful. I was very dissapointed in the vegan option. I was excited to try the vegan chop after seeing a photo of it online, however, the vegan option provided was not as advertized. It bore no resemblance at all. I was saddened by the lack of flavor and substance. Besides my glass of wine and salad, I felt the menu did not offer enough for me, a vegan, to consider returning, unless more plantbased entrees, apps and desserts are offered. My mother, however, enjoyed her lamb and the lemon tart she had for her dessert. So the experience was not a total loss.
Beautiful space outstanding service - amazing bread - good wine list. Food was delicious with a simple French menu. Highly recommend.
What a great dining experience, it exceeded our expectations!
The onion soup was very salty, but the sausage hash was under salted. The bread was very good. Perhaps I was disappointed because I was expecting exceptional based upon the other reviews.
Beatiful atmosphere, peaceful.
My husband and I made reservations for this place online for our 14 year anniversary. As locals, we waffled between our go-to, Bardot Brasserie or to try the unknown. We eat at Bardot once or twice a month (ask for Matt or Shannon, they're both amazing) and decided for the sake of our anniversary, we'd switch things up. Our dinner was last night at 830pm.
While the food was incredible, we were a little put off by our server. Overall she was professional but there was just no extra. Our interaction with her was so limited that it felt a little cold. She didn't ask us if we were celebrating anything or how we were doing nor did she check up on us during our meal, and we had wanted to ask for more bread and ketchup (for the massive amount of fries we got) but we never saw her so we couldn't.
A quick "how is everything" or "can I get anything else for you" is usually expected and a smile goes a long way. I mean, even at Outback, you get asked how your steak was and if it's cooked to the appropriate temperature. I guess it just surprised us because we've never had such little interaction with a server in the past 4 years of living here, she as all business. It just put us off a bit because she didn't even acknowledge our anniversary until right before dessert. We just can't really re-do our 14 year anniversary, you know?
There was one older gentleman who filled up our waters and took away dirty plates any chance he could get, he was amazing and SO on point.
The food was ridiculously stupid good. The special ricotta parm pasta under a mountain of shaved truffles may have been one of the best things I've ever shoveled into my mouth. Seriously, everything was stupid good. I've wanted to eat here ever since I saw the late, great Anthony Bourdain review it.
Pro tip! If they have the pasta gnudi available when you go, order it! My husband and I couldn't sop up enough of the leftover sauce with the bread.
Dinner with son and his wife. For a first class dining experience this is a hit. Been coming here for many years and food , service was great. The Bouchon steak was epic. If you order oysters like us double the number -so good. Mussels were a surprise find. Large portion and delicious. Sadly no room for dessert. (It’s ok because we have had it many times). Oh and the French Onion Soup was PERFECT.
Book this place.
My partner and I have been coming here for years every time we’re in Vegas. And as usual this restaurant never failed us. Most of the ever changing menu are seasonal and always delicious. My new favorite are the pigs ears that is served like French fries. Who would have thought ?
The steak frites tastes wonderful as well as the beef bourguignon
