Border Grill was a bit expensive but considering the location and hotel probably not far off the mark. For 2 with 2 entrees', 2 cocktails a single side and shared desert was $95.00, before tip.

Why would I not recommend this restaurant has more to do with the fact they charged $1.00 for water without asking first and $0.75 for sour cream. I am not complaining about the money, but when the ticket is $95.00 the condiments should accompany the meal or noted as a la carte on the menu.

I understand margins may be tight in the restaurant business, but raise your menu prices $5.00 so you can provide generally common condiments to your guests. I have been to fast food restaurants that do not charge for catsup or mustard, but I must assume this location does based upon this experience. ( I suspect they don't, but making the point).

Grade it a C. Should serve Margarita’s in better glasses, sounds trivial but if you see the glasses they use you will understand. Thought the pricing was a bit high for quality of food. Service was very good our server very attentive.

Stuck us in a corner with a sliding door by the bar which was very noisy. Had plenty of room to seat us somewhere that would have been nicer. Bus boy was more attentive then the waiter but he had been sweeping and his hands were all blue, which I would not think you would want him waiting on people with dirty hands. Waiter took forever to come take our order but was nice. Food was ok but chicken was dry. Hard to cut in the bowl they served it in as the bowl would tip when you tried to cut the meat

We absolutely loved our meal at Border Grill. We shared the seviche, the quinoa trio and the vegan enchiladas. They had separate vegan specials which I was happy to see. We opted for the enchiladas and they were excellent. The staff was wonderful. We originally wanted to sit outside but there was a noisy group out there so they moved us inside where it was quieter. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back there.

Food was tasty, if not staying at Mandalay don't bother....A few mistakes made by the waitress. We have dined here before and it was excellent, this time it was just ok. No validation for parking if you are coming from off property. That alone would keep me from returning....

Sunday brunch with friends while in Vegas. We all chose the brunch served tapas style and bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s. Our server was awesome and made sure orders were put in and brought out in a timely fashion. Drinks were refreshed regularly as well. We are going back for sure next time we visit Vegas.

When we visited, they still had the vegan menu from January, which was amazing. The waitstaff was also very kind, prompt, and helpful in recommending. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food and given its location on the Strip.

Best Mexican on the Strip. There are lots of great Mexican restaurants in the Vegas area, but this one is the best on the Strip. Not just Tacos, although they have great tacos, but lots of unique dishes, veggie, GF, as well as pork and streak. Good drinks, good service.

Holy guacamole! This was our first visit and besides perfect weather to sit out on the patio, we could not believe how awesome the food was! Also our server Creighton was a great young man we could not have had a better time or recommend this place highly enough to Mexican food lovers!!!
