Not sure about the food. One member of our party did end up in the emergency room with some sort of reaction about 2 hours after our lunch

Visited while at large convention. With app skipped large lines. Nice patio and outdoor area. Food fresh and unique. Salsas very mild but flavorful. Lovers of hot spicy will be disappointed in heat level but not flavor.

Great food! Lots of vegetarian options, and solid vegan choices. We sat outside, which was much quieter than inside. It was a beautiful night, so a great experience overall.

I was attending a conference at Mandalay Bay Hotel and made reservations for Sunday Brunch. We had a little trouble finding the place but got there by our 10 AM time. Very nice wait person explained the menu (unlimited small plates plus cost of beverages). We ordered 3 to begin, 4 next and a final 3 to finish. All good but a few needed heat/spices. Liked the shrimp and grits and Chef’s Secret pancakes. Avocado Toast very small and bland.
We had a cocktail each-both very good. Anywhere else this would be over priced but it’s Vegas so pretty average bill. Super friendly, efficient staff but environment a bit noisy once full.

Servers are not supported by the food delivery people. First gucamole app delivered and asked for more chips and sauce. Fell to deaf ears and nothing brought. Next entree was brought and asked the food delivery person for extra plates for sharing. Agin ignored. And what is up charging 50 cents a glass of tap water. Downstairs inside bar being used as a buss station to roll silverware. I blame the Mgt. Let’s get some training done. Could be why this restaurant is the last to fill and get a reservation.

In town for 3 days for the Tim Burton installation at The Neon Museum. Friend in restaurant business picked all our restaurants. Border Grill was a perfect lunch destination. Very comfortable seating. Our friend knows the chef so we were treated extra special. Hubby had the chicken enchiladas, I had the carnitas sandwich. Both perfectly prepared and so tasty. We were treated to the corn ice cream, which sounds weird, but was so corny and delicious. I love corn so this was a wonderful surprise. Would recommend Border Grill.

Totally outstanding meal here and we are locals! We dont love eating on the strip because we find restaurants to be overpriced. We loved this place and it was frankly the best mexican meal we've had in Vegas. Highly recommend it.

This was my third time back at Border Grill and if ever I’m in Vegas I will come back to this restaurant. The food is delicious and not overpriced and our server was delightful and incredibly attentive. I highly recommend the shrimp and scallops a la plancha entree.

The food was excellent and the server gave wonderful menu recommendations. The guacamole and margaritas were awesome and chicken enchiladas were outstanding. The hostess shared that it was my birthday with the server apparently and he came out singing with an amazing complementary dessert. The patio is the best place to sit.

Great service, Unbelievably delicious flavors and textures! Loved the enchilada verde, butternut squash and sauce that came with the seafood a la plancha, and the vegan tamal. Shrimps were a bit overcooked, but what yummy sea scallops and delicious sauces!

We've loved Border Grill for years and go there every time we are in Las Vegas. If anything, it gets better every time. This trip our nephew and his wife were with us -- they are vegan and were pleased to find the Veganuary menu. We all had vegan or 80/20 choices and no-one was disappointed. Best-plate-of-the-night award went to the smoked tofu enchiladas, but the Spanish roasted veggie tamale was a close second. Can't wait to go back as soon as we're able. PS -- our server was great, too -- unfortunately I've forgotten his name.

We sat in the lounge so we could enjoy the football game. Our food took an exceptionally long time to arrive but our server kept the champagne flowing! Make sure to come hungry since there is a lot to choose from :)

The food is really good! The service is ok. The service usually starts off strong, but then we always seem to lose our server. This is a bigger problem since the brunch is small plates menu. If we can't get it a server then we don't have food or the unlimited mimosas we paid for. If this place could get the service on point, it could be one of the top bunches in Vegas, but it's not there yet.

Our waitress Autumn was fantastic. She had a great personality, kept our glasses full, checked on us an appropriate amount of times. However the food was just ok. The flavors were lacking and the guacamole wasn’t flavored at all. For $9 the amount and fast we’re subpar at best.

This was exceptional. Great EVERYTHING. I got the guac, Mexican corn off the cob and the shrimp ceviche and it was all divine. Great space, fabulous service and a beautiful place. Not your typical Mexican joint (which are also great).

Service was very good at the beginning of our meal, but faded after the entrees were dropped. Had our server come to check on us at any point, we would have been able to tell him that the short rib enchilada was bland and tasted unfresh, along with the fish in our tacos tasting very fishy and salty. We also had trouble getting attention for our drink orders. Additionally, we were seated downstairs, which was bright and pretty, but there were birds in the dining room. Our server said they are aware of the birds, but can't control the problem. I've been to Border Grill on a few occasions prior to this and have always had great service and delicious food, so this experience was very disappointing.

Delicious food, starting with perfect chips and salsa trio with guacamole. I'm not vegan, but my daughter and I ordered off the vegan menu and weren't dissapointed. My husband and son ordered a carnitas dish that they totally enjoyed. The food was all very flavorful and well done. The server was super friendly and awesome, the cocktails were well made.
