This was our anniversary dinner and they made it so special. The service was amazing and the food was so good.
Still a gem, as always! I had not come back to Boca since before the pandemic, but it is so good to know that they are still on top form! The servers always do an excellent job at explaining the menu and making guests feel comfortable, and our dinner was no exception. I had the spring pea cappellacci with lobster, and it was absolutely heaven! Being in Cinci means that good seafood is hard to find, but the lobster was melt-in-the-mouth tender. My friend spent the entire ride home praising the hamachi with ponzu sauce. Our waiter was kind enough to make us both specialty mocktails, and they were just as good if not better than most cocktails I’ve had. Only thing I would say is that our dinner did take two hours; not very long from sit-down to paying the bill, but if you are planning on doing this before theatre, leave yourself plenty of time to enjoy your experience!
One of my new favorite restaurants in Cincinnati or any where!
Portions are a little small but priced accordingly.
It turned out well because we could try more options!
We have been here numerous times and never have been disappointed. Tonight our service truly was a disappointment.
Fantastic food and great atmosphere! A must in Cincinnati...
Outstanding in all regards; as fine a restaurant experience as I've ever enjoyed.
Delicious food with attentive wait staff. We will certainly return!
The night was a great experience. Our server(Nicole?) was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The food was exceptional and look forward to coming back soon
Finally returning
Amazing tasting menu . Seth is a genius
The food & service were wonderful!
Dinner for my spouses birthday.
Had to have the Maisonette “pommes soufflé”. The Maisonette was the sight of our first date. 1974 version was superior. Boca’s were a tad greasy and of course they were not served in the edible potato basket.
However, everything else was to kill for: Hamichi, Cappellacci di Giano, Halibut, Filet Boca. We would order them all again.
For dessert we had the sorbet trio and Candy Bar 3.0. All superb.
Highly recommend the Ride and Fly cocktail and the Homme du Monde. Small wine selection but very good. Riesling for my guest, Sangiovese for moi.
Service was great. We were seated upstairs, first time up there. Prefer first floor.
Pricey, $300, for two. That includes tax and tip.
Our meal was as excepted....fabulous! Our server, Rachel and all the other staff were very helpful, well trained and a delight to have serve us. The food was spectacular and the ambiance was beautiful. If you are looking for a dinner with quality ingredients and depth of flavor, this is the place to go. Everything was plated perfectly and it tasted as good as the artwork placed before you. It was nice to have smaller portions so we could try more small plates. Be sure to save room for in house homemade desserts and a cup of local roasted coffee.
Outstanding service by Nicole and colleagues. Chef prepared spectacular courses especially the fois gras and beef Wellington.
It was the best restaurant in the USA for me. I have lived in Italy for several years and the food was like being back! Simply perfection! The service impeccable, perfect and unforgettable experience. Plus: we went with our 3 kids and they were just as nice and cordial to them as to us! Made them feel really special. We will be back for sure!
One of the best dining experiences ever. The food was amazing.. the service was on point.. I can’t wait to go back. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who wants to eat an exquisite meal.
Incredible
Our favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. All staff are superb and work very hard to make each visit special. Plenty of wait staff who are always checking to see if anything is needed. Food is creative and delicious. Our favorite server is Seth and he always makes the evening special with detailed explanations of why a certain wine is nicely paired with the various dishes. Our host, Grant was efficient and great with customer engagement. The food is not inexpensive but the quality is superb. The halibut is especially wonderful.
It’s Okay ! It reminds me of a let us entertain your restaurants over priced & Pretentious ... Thumbs down 👎
Lovely dinner in all aspects. Wonderful service, nicole was fabulous, and the food was outstanding!
Excellent food and great service. Highly recommend
The food was delicious but we felt the tasting plates were overpriced - for example, $25 for a single scallop. The tasting plates were quite small for sharing and yet the desserts were huge and could have been shared had we known. It was difficult to know how to order for your appetite. We are accustomed to fine dining but this was the first time we left a restaurant still hungry after a $300+ meal. The experience was enjoyable, but we won’t go back.
Our waiter, David, was awesome. He made great food and wine suggestions. I love the small plates concept!
Off the charts fantastic in every aspect. The service was impeccable. Every dish was exquisite. The whole atmosphere was delightful. This is our favorite restaurant in Cincy!
First time back since the pandemic! Server, service, meal and atmosphere all super!
Like the increase in small plates and will be back soon!
Absolutely incredible. We went here for our 10
Year anniversary. Nicole was super knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. She made the night very special for us and pushed the experience over the top.
Family date night with our baby it was extremely accommodating and the food excellent
Always excellent food and service!
We were simply blown away. I honestly came in with a pretty high bar, and we were so pleased with every part of our evening. The service (David) was perfect - he knew when to engage us, he offered helpful advice without trying to upsell anything, and he shared the perfect amount of information, stories, and personal experience.
Our food was exceptional. There’s obviously a reason they’re known for their Brussel sprouts, which were magnificent, but the sleepers are the hamachi (perfectly balanced) and the hunters pie. We’ve never had a better meat pie.
Cocktails were perfect. I stuck with the revive 75 because I love corpse revivers and French 75s, so it was right up my alley. And it was beautiful. Loved the glassware.
10/10 will recommend to all friends.
Wow! Expensive and worth it. One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at, and I've eaten at French Laundry, Daniel, and Alinea. Revamped menu now emphasizes small plates. And small means small, e.g., our charred leek small plate was one piece of leek about 1-inch by 1.5 inches. So order three per person including one of the "large plates" or three-and-a-half per serson. Worth every bite. The dishes are creative and superbly sauced. Service impeccable with the 6 plates we ordered well spaced out and timed.
Flavors galore and awesome decor and wait staff!!!
Everything was pretty much great, service was impeccable minus one busboy trying to rush us eating and when we did not like one of the dishes he kept coming to ask us if we were done rather than let us discuss the too fishy tasting halibut.
Our experience was incredible, thank you for helping celebrate my wife’s birthday. Joe’s wine service was great and complemented the incredible food. The delicately spiced hamachi tuna with a touch of burgundy and the hunters pie with Syrah, finally the pineapple savory dessert with tokaji really topped the evening off. Thank you Chef and thank you Boca!!!
We had eaten here several times before the shut down. The menu concept, selections and portions are a bit lacking.
This was my second trip but first dining experience to Boca. I am so glad we decided to return after a reservation mix-up! Beautiful ambiance, great food and stellar service! I will be recommending Boca in addition to dining again very soon!!
Amazing! All around a wonderful experience. The food is outstanding and the wine selection was perfect!
Beautiful and delicious dinner! Highly recommend scallops, bolognese, and espresso martini.
We love coming to BOCA. It never disappoints and is worth the money. The hamachi is by far my favorite dish I’ve had out and the drinks are always absolutely amazing. Before we move away, we are going to come back a few more times to really soak all that is BOCA.
Amazing service and delicious food.
Highly recommend this restaurant.
BOCA is an exceptional restaurant. From the staff, the ambience, and, of course, all the excellent food, wine, and cocktails- it all adds up to an experience that we can't wait to have again and again. For us, it is a bit of London or Paris right here in Ohio.
