Located on the north side of Main Street Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro provides a casually sophisticated dining atmosphere with a little city in the mountains. Chef Kyle's local ingredients, talented culinary team and unorthodox approach to cooking combine to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Bistro's wine list is an ever rotating selection of the best vineyards from around the globe and the cocktail list has been carefully crafted to take the guest on a journey of flavors and scents. We look forward to having you dine with us, and if there isn't reservations available, please join us at the bar for a front-row seat!

    This place was AMAZING! The food, service, and complimentary champagne for our 25th wedding anniversary! Kayla, our server and Liz, another server, were great! A must visit!

    My wife and I celebrated my birthday at Blue River Bistro. I had their salmon plate and enjoyed it very much. Service, ambience and noise level were great. We Would come back again.

    Excellent service. Lovely and lively atmosphere but not too loud. It was a big meal after a major snowstorm that had almost stranded us on the highway. It was not cheap - but a special meal on our holiday. We do recommend it and the great interiors, food, wine selections and easy parking.

    As always the food and device were excellent. Whenever we are in the area we always book a reservation at Blue River Bistro. We have yet to try any other place in the area, that’s how much we love dining there.
