Located on the north side of Main Street Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro provides a casually sophisticated dining atmosphere with a little city in the mountains. Chef Kyle's local ingredients, talented culinary team and unorthodox approach to cooking combine to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Bistro's wine list is an ever rotating selection of the best vineyards from around the globe and the cocktail list has been carefully crafted to take the guest on a journey of flavors and scents.     We ate on outside terrace and had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and the service was great.. This is one of our favorite restaurants and we look forward to eating here on our annual visit to Breckenridge !

    Loved Blue River Bistro and have had many good experiences there! Their happy hour is not well publicized but they have great app and drink specials from 2-5pm!

    Outstanding food and service by Liz. We had escargot, salad, ribs, crumble for dessert. The cocktails are also excellent.
