Located on the north side of Main Street Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro provides a casually sophisticated dining atmosphere with a little city in the mountains. Chef Kyle's local ingredients, talented culinary team and unorthodox approach to cooking combine to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Bistro's wine list is an ever rotating selection of the best vineyards from around the globe and the cocktail list has been carefully crafted to take the guest on a journey of flavors and scents.     Outstanding food and service by Liz. We had escargot, salad, ribs, crumble for dessert. The cocktails are also excellent.

    Our server Daniel was attentive and very responsive. We loved the menu and the food did not disappoint. Have been coming to the Bistro since 1997. We still love it.

    We love this restaurant! We visit here every time we come to Breckenridge. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and they (waiter/staff) took excellent care of us. We will always come back.
