Great atmosphere and menu. Service was sub par. They seemed really understaffed. We had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes for our table. Service was very slow once seated. My grilled salmon was raw when they served it to me. I sent it back and waited 15 minutes for them to cook it. No one apologized or offered to comp. my meal. They offered me a free lousy shrimp cocktail of 3 shrimp. For the price, this is unacceptable.

Absolute perfection! Kaille was an amazing server. Super friendly , accommodating, and gave great recommendations. We started with the crab cake, the Alaskan crab and the lobster bisque. I could eat that lobster bisque for breakfast , lunch , and dinner. The ahi tuna was delicious as was my husband’s filet Oscar. We shared the crab Mac n cheese and it was yummy as well. I visited Cleveland in 2017 and I dined here during a convention. So happy I remembered it and booked it again. Kaille was super transparent about the included 20% - so we left her more - because she’s fantastic and genuine!

Arrived on time promptly seated, service was great food was excellent in taste and appearance. If I had to comment a concern it was that in my reservation I noted that we were coming for my mothers 70th birthday and my parents wedding anniversary and there was no mention of it, which made me question why even ask why we were coming.

Great place for a date. Pricey for sure, but I knew that going in. My only complaint was my NY Strip was tough and cool warm at best. For $48 it should have melted like butter. Otherwise great experience. Try the kimchi Brussel Sprouts. You won’t be disappointed! Great service and waiter did a good job keeping things coming (except my steak which evidently sat too long).

Excellent food and service. I ordered a house specialty that included shrimp, scallops, and lobster. I was surprised when the shrimp was my favorite part of the meal. All in all, very good however I wasn't blown away. For the price point, I expected larger portions (only 2 scallops, a few shrimp, and small lobster tail; appox. 4 oz). I will definitely go back though and try other menu options. I hear the Grouper is fantastic.

Blue pointe was a nice dining experience. Nice atmosphere and good selection of food items and drinks. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Will definitely go back.
