Blue Boar Restaurant offers contemporary British dining in the heart of Westminster. Head Chef Michael Riordan combines fresh, regional ingredients to deliver a mouth-watering menu that celebrates the very best of what each British season brings. Farm sourced succulent meats and freshly caught seafood from the Devon and Cornwall coastline feature on a menu that is as perfect for a light lunch as it is for a decadent dinner.

Private dining at Blue Boar is particularly special with two exceptional spaces, connected to the main restaurant by a floor-to-ceiling wine wall.

Located in Westminster, Blue Boar restaurant is a 1-minute walk from St. James’s Park Tube Station. Situated close to the Thames, Blue Boar Westminster is a 3-minute walk to Buckingham Palace.

Please be aware that only the bar menu is available on Sunday.

Food excellent as always. Service a little slow at times, had to mask up and go searching waiter. Fairly quiet, esp for a Friday lunchtime, but that is the way it is right now. Still a good place for a meet and a bite.

Really good food . Faultless service . Staff in this place are some of best I have seen . They are not intrusive but amazingly quick to respond if you want something . Covid has not affected the quality of service or the atmosphere . It’s not the cheapest for drinks prices but you are in a hotel a stone’s throw from Parliament square . You can’t expect local pub prices . It’s a firm favourite for a catch up with friends

Great central setting. What really made our visit here great was the service, staff were absolutely excellent, thanks team.

It’s a nice venue and the service was good, but it’s vastly overpriced. £17 for a club sandwich and £5.50 for a very standard flat white is unacceptably expensive. For no good reason. It’s basically a fancy Weatherspoons with Michelin star prices.

Given the current situation we were practically the only people there but your staff were excellent and the food was very acceptable and reasonably priced..
