Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". On the menu, certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steak are dressed with a selection of sauces and are paired with decadent sides alongside a selection of fresh seafood and raw bar items, signature salads and blackboard specials - setting the standard for today’s modern steakhouse.

                                                                                            Must be experienced. The whole evening was outstanding! We were greeted by a friendly hostess who immediately seated us per our reservation time. Note, reservations are time and party size only (not inside/outside specific due to size accomodations). We enjoyed amuse bouche, cocktails, mocktails, appetizer (crab cakes), main courses and sides (including rack of lamb and filet mignon). The pace of the meal was excellent (unrushed). The meal itself was outstanding in every aspect. Service was impeccable and five stars (thank you to Dennis, Juan Carlos, and team for such an enjoyable evening!). Thank you for making our sister’s trip so special!

                                                                                            After our drinks we Waited 1.5 hours . Asked for manager for we were going to leave. Our wedge salad and grilled shrimp came but sloppy and runny. Not what we expected from previous experience. The manager did remove our appetizer and drink from bill but it was so noisy and loud couldn’t even hear ourselves much less the servers. Yes, they were busy but they should expect this and be prepared! Our server was helping other tables never came back to ask or ck on us for drinks or water. Not a good experience at all.

                                                                                            Filet was phenomenal. The cowboy ribeye was so fatty ( for a ribeye) we eat at Ruth’s Chris, Capitol Grille, Morton’s etc 4/5 times a year in the states. BLT was a disappointment for the price.

                                                                                            The service was great. 3 of our 4 steaks were not cooked properly. The filet I ordered medium was rare at best. The wedge salad and mashed potatoes were delicious.

                                                                                            The service was good and our waitress was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t nearly good enough for the price. I spent $250 on a tomahawk all for it to not be cooked as I requested (asked for medium-rare, got rare). I’ve had tomahawk steaks for half this price that were better. They also forgot to bring me the bernainse that I requested with it, but added it to the bill.

                                                                                            Our steak came out blue - raw. Potatoes and sauce were cold. We always love coming here and we will not be making this a priority on our next trip. We asked for the steak to be cooked more, however we had already waited an hour for the food to come. No one acknowledged this or the steak cook. Extremely disappointing - especially for the price.
