One of Park City's most popular restaurants, Blind Dog serves comfortable American East Coast influenced cuisine from Chef Penn Kinsey in a casual yet elegant setting. Blind Dog's fantastic staff will warmly welcome you and delight you with an extraordinary selection of jet fresh fish & oysters, dry aged steaks, sashimi, sushi, the ever famous mac and cheese and their quick wit. Reservations are accepted by telephone and online for both of our Dining Rooms and the Patio when Park City's weather is at its best. Please call for patio reservations as it is quite popular. In our more laid back Bar and Raw/Sushi Bar, the a la carte menus are offered with better access to the televised games. Come by, grab a bite, and leave with a smile. We are unable to accept reservations in the Bar areas, as it is first come, first served. Your seat is safe with us.

Our party of 6 had a very mixed evening which I think we can attribute to the wait staff. It seems none of our food was put in with any kind of planning. My entree arrived at the same time as a few of the appetizers. While potstickers were being placed in front of one friend, the server accidentally spilled hot miso on his bare arm and all down his shirt. He was in a lot of pain and was offered some napkins and ice bags (and later a free whiskey as an apology - though no meal comp). While everyone finished their main courses, my husband's sushi still had not shown up. After all meals were finished, my friend asked the server if his side of brussels sprouts were imminent within 5 minutes or less, and if not, please just remove them from the ticket. They were clearly forgotten and showed up 8 minutes late despite being told to nix them if they hadn't been put in yet. The server took them off the bill. It just felt poorly managed, and poorly executed,

We’re truly sorry your experience was impacted by several missteps, especially the miso spill—an honest mistake that we know caused real discomfort for your friend. Our manager spoke with your table at the time, offered care suggestions, and removed Steve’s meal from the check. As for the pacing, it seems there was a request by one in the party to bring dishes out as ready, which may have led to some confusion. That said, it’s our responsibility to ensure smooth, coordinated service, and we clearly missed the mark. We’re addressing this with our team and truly appreciate your understanding—mistakes happen, but we’re committed to learning and doing better.

Interesting menu and very good dishes. The lollipop roll was very good and the Crispy Yardbird was perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was also great.
