Everything was fine. I did speak to the manager about the excessive use of salt in our meals. He was very gracious and understood our concerns. He planned to address it immediately. I have eaten there before and it is usually very good. This would not keep me from visiting again.

We were seated upon arrival with no wait. The U-shaped booth was very roomy and comfy. Waiter was polite and efficient. My meal was great. My husband was less pleased with his chicken and felt it was overcooked. But, it was Valentine's Day and they were busy. Overall, it was a good experience.

Girlfriends favorite restaurant in the area. The hardest working manager I've ever seen. Keeps the restaurant and staff on point. Would definitely recommend. Shrimp and grits are awesome..

Birthday celebration. The only complaint I have is that we had asked for a calamari appetizer but received a kabob. We could have sent it back but it wasn’t worth the hassle. The kabob was good but I had my mouth watering for the calamari.

We have eaten at this restaurant at least a dozen times over the last year . The manager " Sam " does a great job. That said we were there Saturday night at 6 :30 PM and could not find a place to park had to park a long ways away at a hotel. The reason parking lot was full is because they had a large party of guests in their special banquet room. They simply were overrun with guests. Our food was over cooked. We waited 15 minutes for our wine, and it seemed our server was also over worked. She was pleasant but just slow. We will give them another chance but maybe not on a Saturday night.

We met a couple of friends for a late lunch and we were all in the mood for comfort food. We tried one of the Blue Plate Specials this time. The flounder was really good, mashed potatoes were scrumptious and the fried okra was the best in town as usual. For dessert, we split the pecan pie and the cinnamon bun bread pudding--outstanding! Sam was as welcoming as always and Jen took great care of us. We will be back soon!

Reservations were 6:30 and we were not seated until 7. Had to ask for bread. Restaurant was over booked. Food was very bland. Waitress was good but over worked. Will think twice before going back. This was our second visit and it really wasn't any better than the first visit.
