A Monday lunch, so not as crowded as most other days. The staff was very accomodating and professional and service was prompt but we never felt rushed. The steaks,(bone-in ribeye and sirloin) which can sometimes be inconsistent, were all excellent on this visit. The hashbrowns, creamed spinach and kettle corn are always outstanding.
Great service, great food, good times. We had an issue with our tomahawk Australian wagyu and they fixed it for us immediately. Will return soon!
One of my Favorite restaurants
Porterhouse for 2 was cooked to perfection
It's always great food and service at one of Anthony's restaurants!
Making a reservation via Open Table or online for this restaurant seems to mean that they will move you to an enclosed, outdoor structure with cane seats, not the indoor dining rooms. These apparently require a phone call to the restaurant itself. In the future, I will be calling, not using Open Table.
Our server John was outstanding!!!
Very nice atmosphere & delicious food.
Amazing food and service
One of the best Steakhouse’s we’ve been to! It’s a MUST to go there for! SO AMAZING!
Food was outstanding … Staff is friendly and very attentive
Always great time here! The staff is really what makes this an amazing place. Dodo the manager is wonderful. Mike the other manager is always a pleasure! These guys go out of there way for us. All the girls at the front are so nice and help full! I always sit with Sorin, Gabe and Christine, they make every visit perfect. Drinks on the table, always happy and friendly true professionals. Thank you Blackstones for always good dinner!
Everything was great and delicious. Just wished the stone crabs were cracked open for us and we didnt have to do the work , especially for $90
Terrific dinner! The porterhouse for two was cooked to perfection! Our waitress Christine was as good as they get!
I totally recommend this restaurant it is nice and the food is delicious!
Found the porterhouse to be on the bland side. Creamed spinach side was loaded with garlic and did not taste good. Lobster bisque was very good. Quality of food does not match the price however.
Service was terrible. We arrived at 7:25 pm. Appetizers arrived around 7:40 pm. Could not get the attention of our waiter once the appetizers arrived. At 8:30 pm, our main course (steaks, ribeye and t-bone cooked rare) had not arrived and our waiter was nowhere to be found. I flagged down the maitre'd who eventually found our meals and delivered them to our table. No apologies, no comments about why the meal was late.
This was my second visit to Blackstone. My first visit, about a year ago, was a great experience in all respects. This visit was a huge disappointment.
Maybe a bad night or a bad waiter. We'll never know. Would consider another visit, but, would not recommend until I see more consistency thru future visits
Nice place to go for my 30th anniversary
Food excellent, service great
But, pricey ... Not a weekly or monthly hangout place
App, 2 dinners, and dessert all top notch, but $202 before tip for 2 people not in my Miller Ale House kind of budget
But a nice treat for a special occasion
Place was pretty packed on a Tuesday night, so it must be jammed on the weekends
Would recommend you try it at least once, see how the other half lives
fun place but vs value ? not so sure - God bless expense accounts
Have dined here a few time and the food is always delucious and the servers are always friendly and obliging.
Very poor customer service. We came here for a birthday dinner majority of the staff was serving one table, probably the owner, I would not recommend this business. I rather spend my hard working money somewhere else where they value the customers.
Environment was nice but food was overpriced for poor taste. The waiter was also very pushy and wanted to force sides and additional plates as if he worked on commission. Overall food was not worth it. Service was okay.
Birthday. Great food
The service was disappointing, everything else was great!
loved the food, everyone was super friendly.
Great service. Food was delicious.
I am not a fan of restaurants on major holidays but I may have changed my mind.
Wedge salad (oh the bacon!) was perfect portion and so fresh. Porterhouse was delicious with a key lime dessert with coconut ice cream to share to end our Thanksgiving meal.
Bright and pleasant on the enclosed patio with excellent food and presentation. Relaxing with no one rushing us. All was made better with EVERY staff member smiling, and genuine. Andrew and Brandon, our servers, were exceptional. Thank you!
I am at this restaurant quite often, but it pains me to say that it has been rather underwhelming on my last two visits that came within the last seven days. A few days ago I ordered salmon which was loaded in salt to the point that I was barely able to get one mediocre bite into it, and last night, when I ordered the filet mignonette, I had asked for it to be cooked medium rare and it was cooked medium well.
My sirloin steak was tough to eat, and a disappointment at over $70 dollars for just the steak! The sides, and desserts were excellent! The service was top notch, and the restaurant itself was amazing! Probably not heading back there too soon!
A very good experience for lunch. Food and service were very good. The servers and staff were all helpful and very pleasant.
Sat and eat at the bar this time. Vin and Michelle behind the bar make it a great experience!
It was definitely a different restaurant compared to other regular restaurants, the service was exceptional. Love it
It is way over priced. Food is good, service a bit snobby. I am accustomed with high end restaurants. Ask the staff to be a bit authentic and genuine. Management: train your people not on describing the food but truly show customer care.
Service was spectacular!!! Food was very good. Could have been served a little hotter!
The overall experience was great. We had 3 different servers throughout the night due to shifts ending so some requests had to be repeated. We were sitting for a white before drink/food orders were taken but we understand the staffing shortage. Overall it was a really nice dinner with very friendly staff!
Ruth’s Chris was better
Food was over priced and over hyped
Came here on a Saturday in late November for a birthday/graduation celebration, it was a group of 7. Our reservation was at 7:30 pm and we were seated immediately. But it took us 2 hours before we actually got some food to our table. So our appetizers first came to the table at 9:30 pm. We had three servers for our table. I believe their names were Siobhan, William and Alex. No one came to take our food order until around 8:30 pm. The drink orders were taken and given out pretty quickly but it felt like every other table but ours was being served. When we went the restaurant was packed, and noisy but others were getting served while our table was left waiting. And when the food came out at least one of the lobster tails was cold. So I believe our dishes were made but simply left waiting in the back and never brought out to us. Whenever we asked one of the servers if they would take our dinner orders they simply deflected and said we had to wait for another server who was in charge of taking the orders. Also there was a scallop and risotto plate that someone at our table had asked to get packed to go but her food was simply thrown out without her permission. Only one scallop was salvaged and placed in a box. The food is very good but after two hours of waiting and such poor service, appetites were lost. Dessert was offered as complimentary free of charge for all the neglect that night but no one at the table was told this and only once after I had ordered my dessert and was given the bill that I found out that this was the restaurants way of trying to make up for a bad dining experience. I went to Rare650 this past November on a Sunday evening and the difference in treatment and atmosphere was very striking. I loved my dining experience at Rare650 and hated it at Blackstone. It was a sad night for me. Blackstone is beautiful in decor. The food very fresh and good. But the service was horrendous. Not what you would expect at an upscale establishment. It was bad.
Amazing! Best steak per my husband.
Bartender Peter made me a delicious French Martini. John Z and Christine didn’t miss anything in their impeccable service. Butternut squash soup off the charts. Sushi, Steak outstanding and ended with delicious donuts.
Outstanding food and service. Never disappointed!
