Ordered dinner for two. My prime rib came it was awful took two and a half hours to have dinner. I complained at the table they took the prime rib back and credited my bill 12 dollars for money back. The meat was full of fat and gristle. Impossible to cut. Service was very slow. Manager stopped at our table of four and said he was sorry for the bad prime rib. They should have paid for my entire meal. Actually left hungry. Will not go back there took forever to get our drinks. They won't see me again.

Have been there about 4 times now and the experience has always been top notch. Excellent staff and food is always the best. We have used Groupon each time for the Campfire Feast and it is an awesome deal. Usually have yummy leftovers. Download their app for other specials. Weds is 1/2 off wine as well. Will return for sure.

Staff was nice but my steak and asparagus was inedible. NY steak was full of gristle and fat. Very tough. Poor quality. The asparagus was so stringy you couldn't cut or bite. This was the 3rd time in 6 months we have had poor quality of food. We talked to mgr but I think it is a corporate problem with quality of food and vendors. So disappointed.

We had a party of 8 two waitresses one was just rude short tempered and not willing to work with our request. In passing she said abruptly “do you have a reservation “. I replied yes would you like to see it. She shakes not now size you e been seated.

Service was warm and welcoming. I like prime rib but also like rare. I made sure with our server that rare was available which it was. That being said it was extremely salty and a bit more on the medium. I requested to have another cut rib eye was much better and rare.

Most people in our group had ok food. My prime rib was inedible. The server had to be asked repeatedly for items we needed. They cannot for the most part accommodate groups of 6 without cramming everyone into a booth that comfortably sits 4. Will not be returning.
