   Aside from my husband having hot coffee poured on him by accident he then received his food which was made wrong and they fixed it but by the time we got home he was sick He said that the prime rib tasted funny so he thinks that it was bad.

   Jasmine was our server. She was absolutely wonderful. She was nice and her timing was impeccable. Our meal was absolutely delicious. Wish when we went out, our experiences were always like that.

   Black Angus has been a staple in my family for years, so I was excited to see they were doing brunch now. It was mediocre at best. They’re really trying to lean into “Smokey” and it just doesn’t work. I had high hopes but the chiliquiles were not very good, the scrambles did not work with the Smokey sauce which is apparently in every brunch dish, and even the Bloody Mary was meh. We’ll stick to dinner next time!

   This is the first time our prime rib was tough and broccoli was the same. The baked fully loaded potatoe was very small and the au gratin potatoes were runny. It will be awhile before we go back. We chose this place because it was so good before, about 7 or 8 months ago (2024). Perhaps a different chef this time???I don't know what has happened.

   We had a wonderful time celebrating our friends 40th year anniversary! The food was delicious and our host was wonderful. We will be back!

    It seems as if someone mentions in their reservation it is a special occasion and says there is a Bride and Groom involved that something could be acknowledged. I don’t think our server was told about our notes for our reservation at all. He didn’t know about the shellfish allergies either. Do better. We won’t be coming back if it’s a special occasion. No special items were even offered when we SAID IT WAS A CELEBRATION DINNER! :(
