After ordering our food, we literally waited for a whole hour to have our food served to us. As well as our drinks, we waited for a refill and took almost 20 min to show up. Unbelievable! I spoke to the manager on duty and explained what happened, and he gave me a gift card for a service recovery. It was better than nothing I guess.

Absolutely worse experience I’ve had in years here at this location. I’ve been here well over 25+ times never had such bad service like I did today. From dirty water dripping on me from up above from a sprinkler that was replaced recently supposedly from the mangers words. Took us 3 hours to get a desert after asking for it to go which is included with our campfire feast. The server was really rude and not helpful at all with anything. 20 mins to get to go boxes really ? VERY BAD SERVICE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

The service was good. My wedge salad was tasty, but the salmon I ordered was quite dry. My husband had the same experience with his chicken. However, my parents' steaks were reportedly very good.

We had a wonderful time, but since it was very busy because it was Father’s Day, service was lacking and food wasn’t as good. The 4 of us had steaks and they were all over cooked. Husband had lobster and said they were like rubber. Our waiter consistently forgot things we asked for. When we come on a regular evening for just us 2, food and service are a 10. We will not come again on any holiday. It’s not worth the costs.

We had a terrible experience. We expected a longer than usual wait due to Father’s Day, but our server never checked in after bringing our drinks. Meanwhile, I could hear her behind me talking about how it was the worst night ever. The person who delivered the food to the table didn’t seem to know where the table was. My husband said, “that’s our food” and the server snapped at him saying “I know.” Meanwhile, food was falling off the plate. Then, to top it off the food was lukewarm. We asked for the manager. He seemed annoyed that we provided this feedback. Here’s the thing, I’m all about service and communication. Delays can happen, but if you communicate and checkin then I can handle that. I shouldn’t feel like I am a bother when I’m the one paying. Very disappointed as we are regulars.

Ordered the steak and lobster trio, not sure the steak was even 4 ounces smallest steak I’ve ever seen the same with the lobster. The bread was hard and dry. The best part of dinner was the bake potato soup. Not a good showing for the BA.
