A steakhouse with no steaks. Went to Black Angus to get the special Lobster and Filet special. Upon ordering, the waithelp stated that they ran out of lobsters and had no more filets. They were substituting the New York steak but they ran out of that too. So, ended up getting the prime rib and that usually doesn't disappoint. Except whoever was cutting it so that there was a 1/2 inch side that tapered to 1/4 inch; was that really 12 oz???

We really enjoyed Dinner at Black Angus this past friday. We haven't eaten there for a couple years and forgot how enjoyable it was. We dine out a-lot and plan on coming back soon. Usually I complaint that, I'm alway disappointed when we have steak at other restaurant. Black Angus steaks are always cook just the way I like them. There's a wide varsity of side dishes we enjoyed as well. Great Service too.

We unfortunately had a problem with our prime rib. The manager agreed with our concern and made everything right.

The hostess was very sweet. The food was sub par. The Mac n cheese was loaded with bread crumbs and not hot. The salad was ice cold along with the fork it was served with. It seemed as the salads were pre-made and kept cold. Half of the salad was wilted. When I needed the waiter to refill my drinks he was no where to be found and never followed up to make sure everything was good.

Outstanding service, Brianna did a great job as well as the hostess. The food was very good. The potato soup is great, but I'd stay away from the beef soup. The pork ribs are very tasty, as well as the crab cakes. The salmon was good too.

We were seated immediately, however when being seated I noticed a napkin and crumbs on our booth seats. I commented to the hostess, how got a bus-person to grab the napkin and wipe the cushions down. Our server was friendly and prompt, however, you could tell that she was extremely busy, that she did not have any time for friendly chit chat. She is an efficient thoughtful server that will keep your drinks refilled and make sure you have everything you need, ie: condiments. The food was well prepared to our liking. The burgers were very juicy and tasty. I tried the Red, White, Blue burger, which was not on the menu, but available for app members. The server was not familiar with it and had to ask management about that new burger. It was delicious!! We both paired our burgers with salads, which were cold and fresh. Good servers will come with the peppermill and offer you cracked pepper!!.
