   Our waitress was Alexis F and she did not approach our table until about 15 minutes after we sat down. She greated us and said she was going to bring us some bread and take our drink order. She told us the same thing three more times over the next 15 minutes before she delivered the bread and took our drink order. It was all downhill from that point on. No refills, food delivered out of order (our appetizer arrived after our food). We ordered two salads and she only brought one. She spent the majority of the time chatting with other employees and not tending to the customers. I understand if it is extremely busy and she had multiple tables to attend to, but at about 8:00pm, there were just two families in her section and she had no desire to give us any service, let alone great service. We will be back, as we love this restaurant and enjoy the food, but I will ensure that we NEVER set in her section again.

   Food was very good. The service was spotty, but good in general. The table and seats were not wiped down before us sitting down - my mother had issue with that.

   Everything was delicious and the service was excellent, except for the air conditioning, it was too hot, they didn't turn it on or it didn't work.

   Always helps to have a coupon and to be served by Filipe. 3 course prime rib meal for two at an affordable price.

   We always enjoy eating at the Chula Vista Black Angus. The food is consistently good and so is the service. On occasion it seems that the server is pushing the service with each course coming one after the other before you’re finished. But that wasn’t the case. All we needed to do was let our server know we wanted to take our time. She checked on us several times to check on how we were doing. My husband and I usually split the meal (16oz prime rib dinner with fried zucchini, two salads and a baked potato). And every item came out nicely. My only criticism is that the atmosphere needs improvement. The western theme is appropriate, but there are holes in the upholstery and things just look old. We come here for the food but it would be nice if the dining area matched the food quality.

   Our waitress was very nice and took care of all our need. The food was delicious and arrived to the table timely. My brother is handicapped and mail worker assisted him in going to the bathroom which extremely and nice and thoughtful. I will be returning again and left a tip above the typical 20%.

   Front desk wasn’t soo respectful the lady on shift was all mistaken. Very unorganized with seating tables. Once arrived our server was amazing and food arrived as requested and on time ..

    The food was really good. But there was a lady across from us that sat there talking long after she was eating. She was quite annoying. Kind of ruined the time there. Know Black Angus was at no fault of
