   We’ve been a few times now, a bit of a drive, but well worth it. Since first discovering Black and Blue 2+ years ago, they have made some minor improvements that have taken them from good/really good to great. They are now our ‘go-to’ steakhouse for a good/nice steak dinner, but they don’t forget the seafood, the Sea Bass has been PERFECTLY cooked every time we’ve gotten it. They have absolutely the best complimentary bread of any steakhouse, and always at least 3 choices, baked in-house. The only problem is getting filled up on the delicious bread/rolls. They also have the best cheesecake! It’s not a traditional pie shape, it’s more of a large finger, but dang! Other deserts are also good, just be aware the German Chocolate cake is massive! Can be desert for 4 people. On our most recent visit we got coffee and tea for the first time, what a treat! The hot tea is a top quality brand, a favorite. The coffee is also top quality, based on taste, and the serving could be its own desert! Too much to describe, but if you like coffee, highly recommend, especially if you like some ‘adders’ (hint, the little spoon is chocolate!). Be aware they automatically add a 20% gratuity to the bill. If the service were not consistently worth it, I would make that a negative, but service has always been outstanding. The ONLY minor complaint is needing to walk thru the smokey casino to get to the restaurant, wish there were an entrance closer to the restaurant. Once inside there’s no smoke. Valet parking is free, only cost is the tip. You can’t go wrong with this place!

   As always an excellent choice! Took my mom and sister out for Mother’s Day they had a special Mother’s Day menu which was very delicious! My sister had never been there and was very impressed with the experience

   We were there to celebrate my mother for Mother’s Day, but also because Thursday had been her birthday so we wanted a special time out and they absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. They loved the food. The servers went above and beyond and the manager was especially kind and attentive. My parents wanted to take their desserts home because they were full, but for her birthday, they did a special display writing, happy birthday in chocolate on a plate with a crème brûlée to share for us all as well as one to take home. They will be talking about it for quite some time. Very grateful.

   Our server Mel was fantastic! Food was delicious tonight, especially the French Onion Soup, one of the best I've ever had. Entrees were beautiful and tasted amazing..Desserts are always gorgeous and decadent. We love Black & Blue, always a treat for a night out
