The attention to detail was fantastic! We celebrated our anniversary and were presented with a hand signed card from the staff! Our food was incredible and hit every flavor note. They always deliver. We will be back again and again!

We have been going to Black and Blue for years, We have always had EXCELLENT service and food. This is a upscale restaurant and you will not be disappointed!!

Another fantastic dining experience at Black & Blue. Service was amazing as always and food was delicious. We were even given a special dessert and card for our anniversary - very thoughtful! Highly recommend

We were there to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. There were 6 of us. The food and service were nothing short of outstanding. The service was exceptional.. Black and Blue is 5 stars in my book

We have been coming here to eat over the past few years. We don’t gamble at all and we live in San Diego. We drive 45 minutes for the pure enjoyment of the quality taste and presentation of the best food you can ever find. We usually treat ourselves on special occasions. The breads that are made in house are outstanding. They bring snacks of almonds cheese and home cured olives. We always get the set menu. Arugula salad with fresh figs and creamy dreamy baratta cheese. Filet steak is the best I have ever tasted on a creamy base of mashed potatoes veggies and a reduction sauce that is outstanding. We chose the German chocolate cake and our server inquired if we wanted one each or 1 to share. Of course 1 each. But she said she would bring one and box one for us. We did not understand. Oh yes we did when this huge about 7 “ high cake arrived. It was the most heavenly I have ever tasted. Layers of flourless chocolate cake with layers of crunchy fresh coconut nut caramel. I don’t have enough words to describe it. Now we knew why our server took it upon herself to make the decision to box the other one up. The servers are delightful. They are there to see you are well looked after. Even the friendly manager came round and chatted. This is the finest meal and atmosphere we have encountered anywhere. Do yourself a favor and give yourself this amazing treat.
