We had a group of 6 - table was not good for talking and singer was way too loud! Usually the music there is very nice Food was excellent as usual but we all would hav ordered another round of dishes but server never came back This a beautiful spot to gather but was disappointed this time

The music was painfully loud!!! Which is very unusual for this dining experience we have been there often and never had this experience before.

My husband and I just wanted a little to eat..and I wanted a glass of chardonnay! We have lived in Naples for over 20 years; but never tried the Bites at the Ritz Carlton. We both said we will definitely be back. Everything was impeccable from beginning to end! I felt like a celebrity all evening. I jokingly said "they must think I am someone else!?' Made my holiday season. Coming back tomorrow with my 17 year old granddaughter for the Teddy Bear Tea.

Beautiful, festive, delicious, great waiter named Martin! Beautiful music, a bit too loud. Dumplings, guacamole dip and grilled cheese with tomato soup were faves at our table. Friends loved the rice pudding. Delicious little bites before meal; the olives were divine! Don’t forget to take your picture in front of the Gingerbread house! A true Christmas treat!

One of our favorites. We love the smaller portions and the excellent service. They had the beautiful Christmas tree up and it got you in the holiday spirit. Loved the new items on the menu and that my old favorites were still there.
