   This place came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Everything was excellent. They had a great roasted red pepper soup which was delicious, we also had the meatballs appetizer they were great and served on top of the best polenta I've ever had. I had the bolognese my wife had veal Parmigiano, both exceeded expectations. It was finished with a strawberry rhubarb Cobbler with vanilla ice cream. If you want great Italian this place is the real deal.

   Great food and servcie as usual. The outdoor seating area is the best in Napa. A winner every time we go.

   One of my favorite restaurants in Napa! ⸻ Five stars all the way for Bistro Don Giovanni! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The host greeted us with such warmth—it’s clear they take hospitality seriously here. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, with a touch of rustic charm that makes it feel special without being stuffy. We started with the meatball appetizer and the octopus salad—both were absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. For our mains, we shared a pizza, veal Parmesan, and fettuccine Alfredo. Every dish was outstanding—rich in flavor, beautifully plated, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. Bistro Don Giovanni remains a Napa Valley gem.

   Located in the midst of vineyards, Bistro declares all that is Napa. We were seated on the patio outside next to the vineyard, which was delightful! When the sun set and it turned cooler, the staff immediately turned on the heaters for us. The ambiance was wonderful, the food was delicious. Especially loved the fresh and local olive oil served with the focaccia, and we chose the yummy grilled asparagus to go with the bolognese. The waiter’s recommendation for the “Top Shelf” butterscotch pudding for dessert was big enough to be shared and absolutely delicious!
