Bistro 90 is the ONLY, HAND CUT, DRY AGED, ALL U.S.D.A. PRIME , STEAKHOUSE ON THE GRAND STRAND.
Our steaks are U.S.D.A. PRIME, (including Filet Mignon), and are Dry-Aged in House. U.S.D.A. Prime Beef makes up less than 3% of ALL Beef produced in the United States. We offer the Freshest of Seasonal Seafood, including Wild Caught Salmon, Halibut, Chilean Sea Bass as well as locally caught selections which are created with a different preparation nightly by Chef Jacob.
Standards of service and ingredients are of the highest available.

Bistro 90 is such a wonderful restaurant. Located a few miles out of North Myrtle Beach, right off the main road, making it easily accessible. The restaurant itself is beautiful. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with smiling faces. The food was outstanding! The ribeye was unmatched. The menu is full of great selections for whatever you are in the mood for. The sides were wonderful and big enough to share! We will definetly be back! Highly recommend!! 10/10!

Dining at Bistro 90 is always a first class experience. This was a birthday celebration, and our evening was exceptional from the service from Crystal, to the food, and the ambiance, to our last bite of bananas foster cheesecake (not to be missed)! Opting for the elk chop instead of my usual fish entree, was the right choice tonight. Perfectly cooked and so tender along with the parmesan risotto as my side. Partner had the deckle, which is his usual beef choice at Bistro 90 along with the fire roasted mushrooms. The crab cocktail had some of the largest lumps of crab meat we have ever seen. So delighful with a cocktail as a starter. The bread service was very well done and was the perfect "snack" with our wine before the entrees arrived. All the courses were nicely spaced by Crystal so we could enjoy a special evening. We never regret our evenings at Bistro 90. Roland runs a first class restaurant that is always a winner in our book.

Steaks were excellent, prepared exactly correct. Watermelon salad was iffy - there was an offputing odor. Crab cocktail was great. Service was ideal.

Anytime my wife and I come to one of the lower NC or upper SC beaches, we always visit Bistro 90. Words can't describe what a phenomenal steakhouse this is. Amanda (our server) was absolutely amazing, with a superb knowledge of their menu, and as usual, the food did not disappoint. We're huge foodies, with a PHD in Upper Steakhouse Echelon dining. You can go from Bangcock to NYC, and you will not find a better value with exceptional quality in the world! Yes, in Longs, SC! So if you're within an hour, drive your tail up there and leave stuffed and amazed that you, too, have discovered this hidden gem.
