Service and food were excellent. Roland always has a great suggestion for a nice bottle of wine.
Worth the drive!!
Booked here for our anniversary. By far the best service and experience we have ever had. Everything was timed perfectly and we will definitely be returning again.
Great service, great food. Bartender was very knowledgable and gave great reccomendations and service. Can’t wait to go back!! We had our CCU gear on and treated us like gold!
over priced drinks and food (mortgage prices)
Bistro 90 was a pleasant surprise - much, much more than pizza although the pizza selection was extensive and interesting. The food was of the highest quality and expertly prepared. Extensive wine list as well. One of the best restaurants in the area.
It was okay. A little overpriced and servers although very friendly and polite seemed a little inexperienced. Probably wouldn’t return.
One of our favorite restaurants in the Grand Strand area. Great beef! Our waitress was outstanding. She couldn't be helpful enough. Nice quiet setting and they have a great playlist of music. Soft rock and r&b. We have been there the last 5 trips to NMB.
The food was excellent. We had calamari, salads, bone in fillet, rib eye. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The wait staff was just attentive enough. Food was brought out on time. 60's music is perfect. My only complaint to the management is the 3% added for credit cards. In a restaurant where a two person meal is $200 I take offense to the 3% charge as I am not likely to carry that kind of cash around. So suggesting that cash patrons get a break is ludicrous. I see it as simply tax to create more profit. I'd prefer you up the food prices. I've eaten all around the world and in some very expensive restaurants - this is a tactic that is not used except in cheaper mom and pop dives. Be nice to your customers - there is a lot of competition in Myrtle Beach.
Had one LOUD customer nearby that was disturbing. Fortunately, he left right as our entee was delivered. Otherwise everything was quite good.
Food was delicious. Olivia our server was wonderful. We ate inside, outside dining area isn't a pleasant dining area.
Went here for my husbands birthday with our family. The food was incredible, the restaurant was upscale and provided a fabulous fine dining exprience
We had heard positive reviews about Bistro 90 so decided to try it for our anniversary instead of Ruth's Chris. We were very disappointed. We don't mind paying more for a quality dining experience, but the steaks (filet and rib eye) and vegetables were just mediocre. The salads and breads were excellent. Reviews said the manager visits every table, but he did not come to ours.
We were glad we tried it but will not be returning but Bistro 90 because it does not live up to Ruth's Chris. We have even had better steaks at chains like Longhorn and Outback.
Two of us had Caesar salad and one had the wedge salad. All were fantastic. Two of us had the prime rib. More than we could eat and the garlic potatoes were creamy and flavorful. One person had the Halibut and said it was the best they ever had. The last person had Chicken Piccata and said it was superb.
It has been some time since we have been to Bistro 90 and see many changes in the menu, but everything we ordered was as great as it had been in the past. The prices are a bit high, but you are paying for quality. Would definitely return in the near future.
Plan to come back and try the pizza again.
Everything was great.
This was our 2nd visit within a wk. We were visiting from CA & I found this wonderful restaurant on OpenTable. The food was so good we had to come back before we went home. We each had something different. I started with a blood orange margarita, yum! We both had a wedge salad chopped. Actually had this the first night We came here & it was so good we had to have it again. And then I had the Sea Bass & my husband had the shrimp cooked in the brick oven. Both were sooooo good. And dessert was a blueberry/peach cobbler. Everything was cooked to perfection. The artwork on the walls is gorgeous. They really take care of their customers. When we make our way back, which I’m sure we will, we’ll definitely be visiting again.
Food was excellent as was the service! From the host and hostess down to the gentleman going from table to table with water! The waitstaff was prompt to our needs and they were extremely professional! The app may say pricey but the meals were well worth it so I found this restaurant to be a great value! The portions were of nice size and I can eat! Great restaurant and value for amazing food! By FAR the best meal of the week while visiting South Carolina!
Logan was a wonderful waiter… attentive, friendly and accommodating. We were unsure how to have the pork chop cooked. Logan assured us if it wasn’t to our liking they’d take it back to make it perfect. The owner Roland even stopped by to chat, check on the pork chop and be sure the rest of our meal was good. Restaurant was quiet despite being full. Was nice to not have to talk over loud music. Definitely will make it there again when in town. Well worth the extra drive out off the beaten path
Way over priced for the quality and quantity of the food ,I don't mind paying high prices if the quality and quantity of the food is equal to the price .
Have been many times and was a bit disappointed on this visit. It was our wedding anniversary and we have been before on our anniversary. On previous visits Rowland came by and spoke with us and gave us a complimentary glass of champagne
This did not happen on this visit.
We do not go for the champagne but did feel this event was ignored.
Food not as good as previous visits
My husband & I are from out of town. Read the reviews & decided to go. Sat in the bar area. Our waitress was the bartender, which did not take away from her taking care of us. The food was AMAZING!!! First we had the wedge salad & it was sooooo yummy. He ordered the fettuccine with chicken. It was probably the best chicken fettuccine I’ve ever tasted. It was creamy, not watery. The flavors were rich, but not too rich. It was awesome. I had the ribeye with Gorgonzola cheese on top. And again, it did not disappoint. The portions are good size. We easily could have split something. But instead, I took my steak home & had it with my eggs for breakfast. We did manage to split a dessert. The banana foster was very good too. We’re only here for a wk but have already booked another night before we go back to California.
Love bistro 90….a bit pricey but the service is impeccable!
While at Myrtle Beach Bistro 90 is a " must " restaurant to dine . Not only is the food outstanding but the service is exceptional. This is one of our favs in the area .
Great place for steaks, but they also have a diversified menu that is outstanding.
Bistro 90 has become our favorite “class” eating place when visiting the Coast. Salad & Entree selection always well prepared and tasty. Servers knowledgeable and friendly. Manager usually stops by to say “Hello, and Thanks for coming.”
Already looking forward to my next Bistro 90 meal.
My husband ordered a special Rib Eye, believe it was called Cowboy, medium rare but it came out medium. He said it was good but just not done the way he likes it. Didn't want to send it back because we had somewhere to go after dinner. I had the Steakhouse Shrimp and it was good but not exceptional. We don't like saying anything negative but think the regular chef wasn't working. Overall we enjoyed the visit and the service is exceptional.
Absolutely the best bone in filet that I have ever eaten! Cooked to perfection and incredibly tender! Kevin was our server and stated that he had only been there for a couple of weeks, but he was a real gem! Courteous and professional in every way. We celebrated our 33rd anniversary and these guys made it truly exceptional!
Great choices-too many and you want to try them all
The meal was excellent. Kevin who was our server was attentive and one of the nicest people I’ve met. Can’t wait to go back.
Absolutely our favorite restaurant in Horry County. Everything is top notch and have never been disappointed. Even when the restaurant is crowded, the staff makes you feel as if you are their only diners. Impeccable food, service and ambiance. Highly recommend.
This restaurant never disappoints. The food is always fabulous & our server, Jason was outstanding. We always request him. A fine dining experience which us locals love. Will always recommend this place to visitors. A great find.
Nice atmosphere and good food tied with attentive service. We would come back
You might have to drive a few minutes to get there but believe me it is worth the drive. The service is second to none. The attentiveness of the staff and their knowledge of the menu items and the evening specials was excellent. I had a hard time deciding whether to have a USDA prime steak or the sea bass; or, the halibut special. The steaks we finally selected were perfectly cooked and delicious. And, the portions are generous. Will I be back? Absolutely. Do I recommend Bistro 90? Yes. And I also suggest reservations as it is quite busy.
The delicious meal was so great we must have used the word yum, so good over 100 times. Very delighted with the quick seating, ambiance, attention to detail and excellent service. Must return as soon as possible. Best dining near the beach.
What a true GEM! Fabulous service, excellent menu and the food was wonderful! Highly recommend!
Visited for my wife’s birthday and it proved very enjoyable. Bartender was very nice and prepared excellent drinks at a fair price. The Buffalo calamari was really good and the steaks were cooked perfectly and delicious. Mary Addison was a great server and this meets our needs for special occasions. Prices for prime steaks keep rising and on a regular basis, I can live with Longhorn for $30 vs $48 but for special occasions it might be worth coming back. Noise level is okay and surroundings are fine but the steaks really are “a cut above”.
Everything was excellent! Our server Logan was personable and professional. We tried everything from Oysters to pizza to Filet Mignon, loved it all
