Been to Bistro many times. Food is consistent very good, service a little slow when we went for a busy lunchtime spot. One server during the time we were there. Will definitely return

Wonderfully greeted by female bartender and male busboy Good brought out Quick Drinks were phenomenal and specialty at that Reisling was crisp and sweet. Affordable Convenient and we weren't staying at hotel Just come here after ladies shopping day at tanger and they are consistently spot on.. A must try

First time having brunch here . We were a party of four . The food was very good especially the almond French toast . Our order consisted of breakfast pizza, almond French toast , omelette with spinach, bacon and cheese , kids pancakes and complimentary mimosas for the moms. The service was great and everyone we interacted with- hostess, servers , waiters wished us a Happy Mother’s Day . We would definitely go back.

Jen the waitress who serve our table made the whole experience eating at Hotel Indigo a pleasure. She was professional, funny and made sure we were taken care of. A smile goes a long way when you are dealing with the public and Jen smile was the best. We will be back.
