The ribeye steak was very grisly 70% of my steak and it was dry
Food was good , service not so good ,waiter never came back to see how our meal was and never came back to we were done.O think it's over rated.
I would like to begin by saying I gave the service as a "1", which was no fault of the server. We had a very polite young server, but he seemed to be covering the entire outside area, which had several mid sized tables. We waited forever for drinks, then our food took sometime. My Monte Cristo was good, my wife had a salad, $7 for shrimp to be added which were overcooked. Great scenery, but did not meet our expectations for the price we paid. We would not recommend and not go back.

Very nice place to eat. Always like trying new things. Food was very rich and full of flavor.
Beautiful spot by the water. Great for sunsets. Food was delicious! Service was great!
Everything was delicious. They have the best breakfast and the waiter was super nice.
It was our 25th anniversary get away. The food was awesome. It’s right beside our hotel so we have eaten breakfast there every morning.
View was amazing the food was good.
Great ambiance and amazing food!!! I definitely recommend!
Asked for water front table, did not get it. Service was slow, but they were busy as well.
Food was good, not great but overall I would go back...
Loved the sunset-Nice to not have to stand up to watch it at Mallory Square! With excellent food and wine!
Our waiter was SO so friendly and gave me friend and I information on things to do around the city and made great menu recommendations. One of the best experiences I had at a restaurant. Food was beautifully plated and flavorful. Drinks were impeccable.
The food was delicious and you can't beat the sunset views!
Service exceptional. Lots of reservations specific for sunset. Food was quite good!
Beautiful deck location overlooking sunset key. We chose to sit outside but had very little shade and it was uncomfortably hot. There were tables in the shade with reserved signs that sat empty the entire time we were there. Really poor service from the hostess to the waiter. You pay for the view.
Bistro 245 used to be excellent. It’s become a bit run down and not very clean. The food was good (especially the Key Lime pie), but we won’t likely return unless they reopen their excellent Sunday brunch buffet.
Baris, our waiter, was fantastic! Great location to catch the setting sun.
This is a great location for dinner with a view, although the view is a bit obstructed by the number of people watching sunset. Food and service is good, but the wine and beer options are mediocre at best.
We saw a beautiful sunset right from our table. Great food!
We were at the Opal for our honeymoon and had a lovely brunch and dinner at the Bistro. We would recommend!!
Crowd watching sunset blocked our view, but it was still lovely. Canopy makes a nice shaded area to dine, unfortunately we had some loud tables nearby and canopy seemed to amplify the sound.
Margaritas were very good. Bread was crouton like and looked like a hamburger bun. Tuna salad was good, but not great. Stuffed snapper was tasty.
Seems to be more of a touristy place— lots of good people watching. If that’s your thing, you will love this place.
Great food and a wonderful sunset. Service was great.
Best piña coladas in Key West. Definitely recommend the lobster quesadilla. Reservations are definitely needed for the inside or under the awning, the front part of the restaurant (along the fence, best views) is (or was when we were there) is seat yourself.
Great food, great service, great view of sunset!
Beautiful view. Drinks, food and dessert all fabulous
Food was superb and our waiter was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Of course the view at sunset speaks for itself.
Very accommodating. Our reservations were for outside with a party of eight and it was hot that day. They moved us inside which was very nice. Service was friendly and efficient and food was very good.
I booked here for the location and thought I was really not going to have a premium anniversary dinner. Boy was I wrong! The food and service were excellent! We had shrimp bruschetta that was out of this world! Then I had New York Strip and my husband had the ribeye. Both were awesome! The garlic mashed and asparagus sides were wonderful too ! We even got in an hour early and had the sunset as we were eating! We loved it!
We were here on vacation, the view was amazing, the crowd noise was fair outside down below but very noisy on the upper deck, the appetizers up on the deck were great, but the dinner we had on the lower level was not so good, my fiancé had shrimp fettuccine of which was cold and not your typical creamy dish it seemed to watery , the waiter recommended the crusted grouper , upon my first bite I knew something was not right It tasted way to fishy I’m no stranger to grouper so I sent it back and went with my original thought of mahi-mahi over potato crap cake with asparagus, finally a dish I could enjoy and would order again if we ever return
The food and the service were wonderful. Remember that this is right by Mallory Square and right on the water. It’s a popular spot for people who want to grab dinner during our right after sunset, so it can be busy and boisterous.
50th birthdays from Minnesota! The food was amazing
Gotta I have the key lime frozen piña colada and the crabcakes were also amazing.
Suggestion - Watch the sunset on the pier then go to have dinner around 8 o’clock.
Great experience and lovely view of the ocean, a must!
Wonderful dining experience. Great food and perfect location for sunsets.
Great location as the sun sets. Food was good not super but good. Service was attentive. Compared to the other restaurants in Key West, you eat here for view and not a great restaurant experience. A solid 3 stars but more.
Great bistro would recommend as a must when in the keys.. dont forget to have a alice of key lime pie
This place was not easy to find. It is back from the street with very limited signage. Our server was not attentive at all. Water was never refilled, we had to ask about dessert choices because it was not offered. We waited a long time for our check once requested. The water view was nice, but not worth the aggravation of trying to find the restaurant and having terrible service.
