Aimed at bringing street food to life, the Bird & The Bottle in Santa Rosa, CA is the end result of a pair of award-winning restaurateurs looking to blend a surprising array of flavors. Asian, American South, East Coast, Jewish and other cuisines have been combined to create an unforgettable menu. The menu at Bird & The Bottle features cocktails and an extensive wine list, and foods range from nibbles to larger plates. Everything has been chosen to pair well, and options include seafood favorites, poultry classics like matzo ball soup but also Korean BBQ chicken. There is a vegetarian menu with everything from fried cheese curds to smoked beets, but there are also pork and beef choices in abundance. A visit to Bird & The Bottle has to finish up with a dessert, and the "goo goo pie in another jar" is a must try.

So many small plates, so little time!!! Everything we tried was exceptional, and there's enough left on the menu to bring me back for something new. Service was great, our waiter was able to check with the kitchen on all dishes for a dairy allergy. The value was spot on, as well, as we left comfortably full without breaking the bank.

We liked the relaxed vibe and the food so much we came back for a second dinner. The best guacamole and wonton chips ever! The miso dressed salad was so good that I wish I had not agreed to split it. The bourbon coffee infused cocktail was delicious and we loved the presentation in the glass flask. The sliders were Yum! but my spouse was not keen about his choice of pastrami on a corn tortilla. (He's a NYC guy but tried to be adventuresome). We will be back to try more menu items!

Casual and friendly atmosphere . Creative and delicious food. Spicy fries, beet salad, duck tacos, beef sliders, chocolate cake in a jar. All outstanding dishes. A little noisy during happy hour but then it settled down. My favorite restaurant in the Stark chain! Will return.

Food is epic, unusually paired (in a great way), and such wonderful flavors! The dishes do not disappoint. Service on the other hand? Horrible. Each time I’ve done here, I’ve been seated on the patio (wonderful btw) and the time to get food, be asked how things are, and more is ridiculous.

Great restaurant we enjoy going there. The prices are a bit high but that is the way things are now. Food excellent!!

Good environment and our server was very knowledgeable and alway willing to listen and gave us time before we ordered. Food was delicious and portions were just enough.

I ordered the prawns, the shells were still on and not cut so very difficult to peel... should have been peeled. Tasted off. A couple of prawns and 4 soda crackers. Ate you kidding me? I Ieft hungry. Considering this is a Stark property I was very disappointed. Had to ask for my wine 3 times before I finally received it. I am sorry but I won't be back.
