Aimed at bringing street food to life, the Bird & The Bottle in Santa Rosa, CA is the end result of a pair of award-winning restaurateurs looking to blend a surprising array of flavors. Asian, American South, East Coast, Jewish and other cuisines have been combined to create an unforgettable menu. The menu at Bird & The Bottle features cocktails and an extensive wine list, and foods range from nibbles to larger plates. Everything has been chosen to pair well, and options include seafood favorites, poultry classics like matzo ball soup but also Korean BBQ chicken. There is a vegetarian menu with everything from fried cheese curds to smoked beets, but there are also pork and beef choices in abundance. A visit to Bird & The Bottle has to finish up with a dessert, and the "goo goo pie in another jar" is a must try.

Marlo (SP?) was an excellent server, connecting with us and the tables around us immediately on an informal, comforting level. The food during happy hour was amazing with great value, the Dirty Giblet (Gin-based) refreshing, and the patio was shaded and cool on a hot day. What more could you ask for?

We stopped at the restaurant after checking out their menu. It was our first time eating there. The food was delicious, especially the duck confit tacos. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The menu was eclectic but for the most part over-priced and everything- and I mean everything- was way too salty and over-seasoned including the ribs, greens, fries and cheese curds. We got no help ordering from the server and ended up with way too much food, a $200 bill and had to take most of our dinner home. The oysters were delicious, but expensive ( $21 for 6) and the carrot cake was also very good. My daughter liked the fried chicken sliders and Mac and cheese. We also ordered roasted beets and goat cheese ranch (slimy and not well roasted) and I need to mention the ribs were really unappetizing - I had to scrape off the pistachios/ miso/hoisin glaze which was inedible.

We had a great experience. All of the food was tasty and delightful. The service was wonderful and took good care of our needs.

Each item we ordered was perfect. There is nothing mediocre about any of the restaurants operated by the Starks.

The food was so delicious and very creative with a little bit of a Korean flare. Our waiter was super chill and awesome and down to earth. It’s one of the most unique restaurants spaces because it’s inside an old Victorian, overall five stars across the board I would highly recommend this place.
