The restaurant was clean n atmosphere was very nice. The food was excellent n service was great. Our waitress Dorothy was very nice n kept checking on us if we needed anything.
We celebrated a birthday at BRCH and had an amazing dinner. Chef Eric’s new roasted squash appetizer was the perfect fall dish. Everything was so delicious.
Food and drinks were excellent. I would go back again.
Waiter took my meal away before I was done and the chocolate cake dessert was terrible.
Was planning on going upstairs to the cigar bar after dinner but with the disappointment we just went home.

Cool breeze which obviously cooled the food faster than I would have liked. Another heater and things would have been perfect.
Like many restaurants, they need more servers but the small plates menu is damn near perfect. Try the petite filet for that little meal that you thought you could not get anywhere.

Awful, we left before getting our entree. We felt discriminated against and the manager did a pathetic job in trying to explain why there appeared to be segregated seating. All the black patrons were being seated in the lower level. After the fourth couple came in , we decided to speak with manager and leave. We were not the only ones who felt that way either.
A wonderful evening at Big Rock. Mary our waitress was attentive and friendly. Service was excellent. The food was fabulous. The short ribs were outstanding. A great experience.
Outside of the Maitre’d being a little snobbish about where we could sit - knowing that a 4:45pm reservation did not yield a full restaurant - we finally got a much better table from a supervisor and I enjoyed my meal completely.
Dinner was excellent. It was a pretty night and we sat near the outdoor seating, the lights and ambiance were lovely. Our waiter was funny, professional and efficient. Great time.
It was my 24th Anniversary and Aaron made our 1st time experts memorable one. Only one small thing I wish the restaurant would have offer a anniversary dessert. Something to consider..
We met another couple for dinner and were promptly seated. Dorothy, our server, is always professional and attentive. The food did not disappoint and it was a delightful evening.
Food was luke warm. Vegetables were supposed to be sautéed in garlic butter but were bland. Tongs for vegetables handled by bare hands were laid on top of vegetables on plate... not sanitary and worse does not follow Covid 19 protocol. I realize prices have gone up due to shortages and Covid-19 closure but food value for price was disproportionate. Compared to prices from when I was there earlier in the year before COVID-19 prices were way higher for little food . The lamb was not hot or cooked properly but neither one of us wanted to send it back. Our best experience was in the cigar lounge where it was lively, and the drinks were well crafted and worth the price. The bar tender was attentive and we enjoyed that experience the most.

If you can get a server, get Aaron. He's great! Always has good suggestions on what to pick. He knows the menu very well. They're menu during covid is still as good as their full menu. Cant wait to go back.

Onion soup not anything spacial but the Chop house salad steak and vegetables all were excellent
Took my boyfriend there for his birthday dinner. We were floored by how great everything was. The waitress was over the top awesome. Sent us home with a full cake that was to die do. The truffle fries were delicious. His steak was cooked perfectly. You could not go wrong going to this place!

Sat us in the breezeway which had nice airflow to the outside. Our server, Gabby, was attentive and very sweet. Took very good care of us!

The salmon was outstanding. I would suggest it to anyone who likes salmon. I asked for it to be medium rare and it was cooked perfectly! Also, our server was outstanding
Sat outside on the patio, and watched the world go by, with great wine, and comfort food. Mitchell was our server, and was promptly at our table whenever we needed him for wine, extra drinks, etc. The short ribs were outstanding, as was the smoked salmon charcuterie board, and Caesar salad. Thanks again for a great night!
I used to love dining on the patio at this restaurant. In this instance, during the time of COVID-19, I was very uncomfortable. The place was full, I felt the tables were too close together and diners were not wearing masks while traveling through the restaurant. It also seems the prices have been increased dramatically. To top things off, neither my meal, nor my husband's was very good.
My only complaint is the parking which is not convenient and valet is $7
For the price, I’ve had much better food but the ambiance was great and so was the service.

Service was excellent. Waiter was great. The food however was definitely under par. I’ve been here many times in the past and there is usually nothing bad to say. We were a Group of 3, so we each ordered something different and shared. Had the lamb chops ( overcooked and dried. Had ordered it medium ), sea bass ( overcooked) and the ny strip ( under seasoned and undercooked, also ordered medium) . None of us complained to the waiter ( not one to do so) but just leaving a review so they step their game back up. Def would go back, maybe it was just an off night on the chefs part 🤷🏻♂️
