    The lobster was overcooked. Our server, although kind, forgot a portion of our order three times (he came to the table three times “remembering@ the order). Everything was subpar.

    When I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder it was critical that we clean up our eating habits. Cooking at home is easy but eating out is challenging, especially at a place like Big Fin that offers such a creative menu. On our reservation I indicated that I have food sensitivities and cannot have gluten sugar or dairy. When we arrived, our waiter Mike immediately suggested menu items that could be tweaked to meet my needs. While I was still being blown away by this, Chef David walked out to join our conversation. I was so impressed by their kindness and true interest in what I needed to remain safe and healthy. I had the grilled swordfish with brussies and green beans. This fish. This fish was absolutely the best piece of fish I've ever had. It was absolutely succulent, literally melting in my mouth. Wow. Chef took great care to make sure my meal was prepared cleanly and checked in with us a few times to make sure I was ok. Hubs had the sea bass over coconut rice which arrived in a gorgeous blown glass shell shaped dish. He said it was just terrific; buttery, tender and flakey. We had to skip dessert, but the anniversary card Mike everyone signed for us was just as sweet! We will be back next time (and every time) we're back in Orlando. Thanks, guys!

    This was my first time dining here and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and our server Michael was wonderful. His recommendations were spot on.

    We dined here before under the "Old" management and that was not a happy experience. We heard that "New" owners took over, so we decided to give it another try. Well, we are happy that we did. We were there for our anniversary and we both were looking forward to the Cioppino dinner. It was very good. Nice blend of shrimp, crab, clam, scallops, fish and mussels. The portion was big enough for any hungry man, my wife couldn't finish hers. We booked through OpenTable and did put in the reservation that it was our anniversary. I know, most restaurants do not pay attention to this and more often than not it's forgotten but just checking to see who pays attention. Well, they paid attention - see photo. Our waitress, Hailey was nothing but fantastic. She absolutely made our dinner more enjoyable. Great personality and very attentive throughout the whole meal. Checked in with us often. Food was good but the service was great, a combination that makes for an enjoyable evening. Needless to say, we will be back.

    Music was all different genres and a little loud, server was nice but we waited a lot for him , i had to flag him down for the check. Food was good but not enough to completely wow me to come back

    Pricey, but the portions are huge. Bear this in mind when ordering. The complimentary valet parking is nice. We were greeted with a happy anniversary, but that was the last time our anniversary was mentioned. I had crab, and wow, a LOT of crab and very well prepared. My wife had the scallops and she said they were too salty. I tasted them, they were inedible. She was offered a new dinner, but she was full from the appetizer. Our server seemed to disappear a lot. Later we learned they had her serving a twenty top outside on the other side of the restaurant. The restaurant is gorgeous and trendy. But the music was too loud for my taste. Overall, we still had a great experience, and I really liked my crab.

    Open table app gave us the wrong option. Regular menu was not available and got stuck with a pricey experience.

    It was a lovely Mother’s Day brunch buffet but it seemed pricey considering the offerings. The service was lacking in too but overall nice.
