Great looking place. Nice staff, though our waiter was a bit clumsy - stuck his finger in my martini and then sent a bowl of cheese flying onto the floor - but eager to please. Food was so-so for the price. My wife and I had the filet and lobster tail Father's Day special. We both did not feel good after eating. Lobster was okay, but the filet was a bit rubbery and seemed off. Sides of overcooked asparagus and nondescript mashed potatoes both lacked flavor. Fine if you want to impress someone with the setting, but food was pretty average. Better than Longhorn or Red Lobster, but not on par with Fleming's, Ruth's Chris or Atlantic though at a similar price point

We had the best seafood! Nowhere have we been on the apace Coast has the seafood been so fresh and tasty. The dishes were unique and. Ot your typical seafood meals. Everything was made to order and they accommodated changes to meals with ease. The server was very attentive and made sure we never were low on drinks. The restaurant had a classy feel without seeming stuffy. The staff were all relaxed and helpful and actually had knowledge of the extensive wine menu. The apple pie bread pudding was the best. We must go back because there are so many meas we have yet to try. Tried signing up for the loyalty program but could not get it to work online.

Cavernous dining room makes acoustically unwanted reverberations resulting in poor hearing and listening of table conversations.

It was my wife’s birthday and we had an amazing time. She felt special. The food and service was excellent

This used to be one of our favorite spots to go when we're in town. It's gone from being a higher-end restaurant to just being a pricey one. Along with a general decline in service and ambiance, they are not following CDC guidelines for staff to wear masks. When questioned, the manager stated they "give staff the option, since it's not mandatory". Out of at least a dozen staff members, we saw just one wearing a mask. This is irresponsible, we won't be going back.

We were disappointed with our dinner. The food was okay but not great. Our meals weren't even hot when served after a long wait for it to arrive at our table. We were expecting a delicious dinner and it was just okay which definitely was not worth the cost of the meal. I've gotten better service and better food at the bar for Happy Hour - I think I'll stick with that next time.

We always visit when we.are in town and love Big Fin..was concerned because of Covid this time and was extremely surprised to find that nobody working there was wearing a mask!! We sat outside and were the only ones out there or probably would have left. Food was great as usual

Second visit to Big Fin, but this time post-COVID. Meal was very good, but we all wish the servers had worn masks.

We were surprised by how casual the restaurant was regarding COVID measures. Valet parking was active, and at least one valet was not wearing mask. No servers wore masks. We are older, in the high risk category. We could not wear masks because we were eating, and the waiter (who was wonderful) was much closer than six feet, speaking loudly, and if he had been COVID+, we would all have had a substantial exposure. Judging from the crowd, we were in the minority, but for us, the anxiety of worrying about unprotected exposure took away a lot of the enjoyment. Thanks, though, we're rooting for Big Fin and all other restaurants to bounce back from COVID.

The food was some of the best seafood I've ever had! The scallops melted in my mouth.Everything was cooked to perfection.The service was excellent!

My daughters birthday!

Celebrate a birthday and a dirty placed card was on the table. Service was very slow and had to ask for all refill is drinks. Not helpful with menu options for tweens. Way over priced and under seasoning. The French fries were the only good thing. Served wrong Sushi, steal was cooked perfect but no seasoning at all. Scallops under cooked. Spend the money at Ocean Prime or better yet Red Lobster has better Seaford then Big Fin. Well never go back. Way to many other options.

Good seafood restaurant to visit for special occasions

Don't get me wrong. We LOVE Big Fin and frequent it. But it is awfully pricey. Trying to figure out how pasta dishes come in at >$30? Nonetheless, we will be back . . .

Might not be quiet normally, but everyone was happy to be open again. Great service. Fish was good and so was dessert. Loved the ambiance.

We brought our daughter and son-in-law to enjoy your stuffed lobster with crab stuffing. They were so pleased to enjoy a meal out of their home. Our server was Melody and she catered to our needs and was very attentive. Michele who brought us to our seats mentioned that we may enjoy sitting outside and she was spot on. She remembered us from last week and we appreciated her kind words. Again a wonderful meal and evening! Thank you for making it so special as a family retreat!

Large menu selections; portions of good size; a bit over priced; some limited specials; nice environment; good service; kitchen well-paced.

Everything was great. We had the trio as an app and lobster seemed a little off. Disappointing that dine in didn’t have specials but carry out did. Overall a great evening.

Our meal at Big Fin was outstanding as always! We are regulars...my wife and I eat at
Big Fin almost every weekend. We only miss 4 or 5 weekly visits a year!

Every thing about Big Fin is good. We have been going to them for 10 years or more!

This is not my first visit to this restaurant but I have to say this time the lack of Guest Service and absurd pricing was disappointing. We had gone to celebrate a birthday and it was nothing special. Will not go again.

This was a Yelp suggestion and they did not steer me wrong. The food was amazing. They are a bit pricing so bring your wallet!

The food was ok. Although I did not get the crab cakes and shrimp, the family particularly enjoyed those items. I used open table to book the reservation and the restaurant claimed to have a different party number than we requested. This seems to frustrate them and they were less than accommodating stating they will see what they can do. As we were seated the manager on duty seemed annoyed and began addressing us prior to everyone sitting. When one member of the party had an issue with the fish that was still excreting blood the manager came over to the table (with the same annoyed expression), he stated that the blood was from the bone and said you enjoyed it? Never an apology or attempt to correct the misfortune. I will not be recommending or spending money at this establishment in the future.
