Our truly spectacular venue at Crossrail place, Canary Wharf can also host parties & events of all kinds from 50-500. We proudly feature a wow factor 10m bar, The Rum Lounge Bar (hosting up to 100 guests) an elegant Semi Private Dining Room, The Captains Room (seating up to 26 on one table) not to mention the wrap-around external terrace with sweeping views over the dramatic skyline of Canary Wharf the City of London - no better place to watch the sun set with Daiquiri in your hand!

    Lovely evening with my sister, did not go for a main but a few side and starters. Food was hot and tasty and we couldn’t finish, so took some home. Service was great, didn’t get our servers name but I know he work there often, so thank you to him!

    Great food, nice ambience for a lunch catchup and the portions vs the price of the lunchtime special was a steal. Highly recommended and best times are between 12-1 for a chat and bite to eat!

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent visit was truly disappointing from start to finish. We waited an unreasonably long time for someone to take our order and eventually had to get up and flag down a member of staff ourselves because we were being completely ignored. When we finally got service, the waiter who approached us had just been mopping the floor and, unbelievably, carried the dirty mop and bucket over to another table before coming to us – not exactly the most hygienic or professional approach. When our food arrived, my chips were barely warm and had clearly been sitting out for far too long. They tasted stale and unappetising. Things didn’t improve with dessert. I specifically requested custard with my sticky toffee pudding instead of ice cream, but it arrived with a large scoop of ice cream and no custard. I sent it back, and while the second attempt did include custard, it was missing the sticky toffee sauce – the essential part of the dish. How does one serve sticky toffee pudding without the toffee sauce? So it had to go back again. By the time it was finally right, my partner had completely finished their dessert. We raised our concerns with the manager, but he was completely dismissive and kept repeating that “there was nothing he could do.” Only after insisting that this wasn’t acceptable did he agree to take my contact details to pass on to the general manager. and I’m still waiting to be contacted. Overall, the service was chaotic, the food was poorly prepared, and the management showed no real interest in addressing our concerns. it is unlikely that I will be visiting again due to this experience.

    Was not impressed with how the sharing platter has changed some of the meat has been exchanged for nachos and prawn crackers but are being charged more Won’t be back in a hurry

    Really enjoyed my daughters birthday, great ambiance and great food, quiet pricey but overall good sized portions. Felt the waiters could have been more attentive but it was a lovely experience.
