   Manager Brenda/Barbra was amazing great customer service she went above and beyond to make our evening outstanding. Such an asset to Big Easy

   We had a great dinner, there was live music and it was a great vibe for a Friday night. The cocktail was also great. Would recommend!

   The whole dinner was great, the lobster was juicy and beautifully cooked, the Pina Colada excellent. Staff was wonderful, was celebrating my birthday and got a lovely scoop of ice cream and birthday song 🥹 . Cannot recommend it enough. Thank you guys for a memorable day.

   I really enjoyed my experience at Big Easy. The staff were as close to perfect as you could get. Very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious also.

   Two of us shared the voodoo shrimp (excellent). We then had the Carolina pulled pork and the full rack of BBQ baby back ribs (both excellent but way too big portions-half of them came home for dinner next day). We also had the chunky chips and the cornbread muffin. It was our anniversary and two glasses of chilled Prosecco appeared on the table as soon as we sat down. Thank you.

   We booked the restaurant for my daughters 18 birthday and are a family of 10. We had 4 children aged between 9 and 13. Unfortunately on arrival we were seated and then after being seated the host decided to sit a group of 6 clearly drunk and rowdy 20+ years olds next to us. One of them out of nowehere picked up a slippery floor sign and decided to put it on front of my disabled mother. When confronted as to why, he simply said it was funny. Disgusting behaviour and not a suitable place for families in my opion. We naturally decided to leave and it ruined my daughter birthday as it was too late to book somewhere else for such a large party.

   The brunch is a great deal and the food is good. Our waiter Arnaud was brilliant. Fun and friendly while being professional, fast, and attentive.

   Mixed up order, crab shack meal was covered in a very heavy sauce that wasn’t very nice along with a thousand potatoes. I was once a regular but now rarely go

   THE FRESH SEAFOOD WITH THE GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE WAS DELICIOUS. MAYBE WITH TOO MUCH ICE CUBES IN THE DRINK WHICH MADE US ORDER ANOTHER.

    Livello bassissimo della cucina: la ribeye è arrivata scotta (chiesta medium rare) e fredda: rimandata indietro. Le birre ordinate : sbagliate; musica molto forte.
