We were there during Winterlicious for lunch prior to attending the Immersive vanGogh exhibit. We both realize chicken liver pate so both ordered it. We were not disappointed. Full marks. The mains were very good. Desserts excellent. Wine was very overpriced. Service was very good. The ambience is very nice.

Al was one of the best servers we have had in a long time. Paced the meal well. Kept checking in. And even shook our hands at the end. Great evening all around. Winterlicious menu was excellent and more than enough food. The pumpkin cheesecake and pot au chocolate delicious. Appetizers and mains delicious.

We had a lovely time at Biff’s Bistro. The salad was amazing! The braised Beef superb. And the dessert was perfect. Good portions, quick service and friendly staff. Will return for sure.

Dear Biff’s Bistro Team, I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 6:45 pm during Winterlicious, and I wanted to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a delightful French dining experience. My server, a female bartender, provided excellent service, ensuring that everything was well-paced and that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. I started with the Peach Fizz Non-Alc cocktail, which was a refreshing and well-balanced blend of cranberry syrup, peach nectar, ginger beer, and lime. It was a great alcohol-free option that still had a sophisticated depth of flavour. For the Winterlicious dinner, I enjoyed the Bisque as my appetizer. The seafood soup was rich and flavourful, complemented beautifully by the saffron aïoli and fresh baguette. My main course, the Braised Beef, was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with comforting flavours. The red wine sauce, carrots, and mashed potatoes paired wonderfully with the beef, and the crispy onions added a great textural contrast. To end the meal, I had a hot coffee served with milk, which was a great pairing with the Pot Au Chocolat. The chocolate custard was smooth and decadent, enhanced by the light Chantilly cream and crisp almond tuile. It was a perfect way to finish an exceptional meal. Overall, my experience at Biff’s Bistro was outstanding. The combination of delicious food, attentive service, and a charming ambiance made for a truly memorable evening. Biff's was a great choice since it is right across the street from a few theatres. The food was delicious. Our server mentioned all bottles of wine were half-price during happy hour, which was soon ending. I'll go back!
