Kind, attentive, and professional. The patio is covered and keeps you very warm!

As the review covers most things, the reason I gave 4 and not 5, more heating is required, and blankets offered, servers, host, or tables need sanitizer bottles. Otherwise everything was great, service was excellent, suggestions were informative, and cocktails excellent.

One other thing did bother me, the initial host, had his mask under his nose, the day we were told to have masks on at all time, but while beating or drinking. He did adjust it once I stared him down.

What a wonderful surprise. Exceptional meal, casual yet attentive and friendly service. We had no idea it was an O&B restaurant and were skeptical that a restaurant with a name like “Biff’s” could deliver on the demands of French cuisine, but wow. Just wow!

I have been going to Biff’s since it opened years ago. It never disappoints and we had a wonderful time. Our waiter was a pie delight too. What a welcoming place!

Nicely heated and distanced patio. The French onion soup was out of this world delicious (and it warmed you right up!) and the duck confit was cooked to perfection. Polished and professional service as always.

The wait staff was great unfortunately the food was far from it. Had the cocktail shock it was like soggy sawdust topped with a roasted sawdust. Expected something great but was honestly one of the worst meals I've had. Gordon Ramsay would have been all sober this screaming "bloody hell". God awful!!!

Excellent restaurant, professional and friendly staff, tables spaced well apart. Patio has awnings and heaters. Food is inspired and delicious. The best french onion soup! Have recommended to friends and on many occasions all agree food is great and french onion soup can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Love their a buck a shuck and wine every Wednesday ❤️💖🍸 Our server was very pleasant and nice but the guy who sat us could not even crack a smile, unfriendly and when we asked if we could sit on the patio gave us a snooty “empty seats are reserved” response. Wished he said it with a smile and offered to move us if anyone cancels. But Biff’s is still a good place.

Buck a shuck oysters and half price bottles of wine were a perfect ending to the week. Duck confit is out of this world. Impeccable service. Great ambiance. Patio lights at night are so romantic.

Food in general is very good, comparable to other O&B restaurants.
We sat indoor, and it was pleasantly quiet, as most patrons chose to sit in the outdoor patio.

We received an incorrect entree. It was replaced quite quickly but my entree got cold while waiting, with no offer to compensate. Otherwise the food was good - that's why I go there.

When will they go back to a more substantial selection was a question posed to our waiter who didn't know.
