Childhood friends Alessandro Ercoli, Gianpietro Silardi, and Lino Savoia opened this typical Italian restaurant back in 1990. Continuing the adventure now with Alessandro are Riccardo Menichetti from Tuscany, a long-time friend with a strong passion for food and cooking, and Teri Ercoli (Alex's wife). Caffe’ Delfini has become synonymous with romance. In viaggio di piacere con mio figlio ho cenato 2 volte in questo ristorante segnalato dall’ hotel in cui soggiornavo Il locale è molto tranquillo con luci soffuse il personale cortese e professionale. Dopo 2 settimane di cibo americano finalmente ho mangiato,a differenza di altri ristoranti che si proclamano italiani, secondo i crismi della ns cucina. Ringrazio il titolare il Sig Ercoli per la sua cortesia Sicuramente chi vuole mangiare italiano ed è dalle parti di Santa Monica deve venire qua.

Sono stato a cena in questo ristorante tutte le 11 sere del mio soggiorno a Santa Monica e devo dire che la qualità del cibo é veramente super oltre anche alla varietà. Ottime grandi insalate, da provre le varie pizza oltre a tantissimi tipi di pasta. É bene prenotare visto che c’è molta affluenza ! La cortesia dello staff e della direzione è un plus da non sottovalutare…. Sicuramente tornerò durante il mio prossimo soggiorno a Santa Monica.
