Wow-o-wow. We visit Naples every year coming down from Columbus, OH to celebrate our son’s birthday. We try new restaurants every time, and we have discovered a new fave that will be added to our dinner spots for the week. Sails is an intimate first class restaurant from the cuisine to the service. We cannot express how much we loved our dinner experience this evening. Ahmet and staff saw that our birthday dinner celebration was top priority. We felt the love through the dishes, and this dinner will go down as the most memorable of all time for us. We enjoyed the strawberry gazpacho, the tuna tartare, the octopus, the crispy pork belly, the duck, the lamb, the lobster ravioli and then the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate cake to top it all off! Holy moly! Looking forward to next year! Thank you!!

An upscale restaurant with great service and ambiance. The menu included suggested wine pairings or one could choose from an extensive wine list both by the glass and bottle. One may dine inside or outside. Upon being seated inside one was greeted by a white tablecloth and and several wine and water glasses. The menu touched all the bases without trying be everything to everybody. The owner, Tim Herman, checked on us and gave us a little history of the transition from KC American Bistro to newly opened Amber Cove. Amber Cove is quiet, relaxing, and a perfect place for a special occasion or just an evening out. It checks all the boxes. We will be back soon.

Delicious seafood, the best I’ve had in a long time. The bouillabaisse and crostini dish was just outstanding - beautiful broth with poached fish, mussels, shrimp, and clams. Can’t wait to come here again!

Went the other night for dinner with their new Prix Fixe Summer Menu and was taken care of by our waitress, Starr. Had enjoyable appetizers of Seafood Chowder and Pimento Cheese Dip then the triggerfish schnitzel and Maine Lobster Bake finishing with dessert of angel food cake with strawberries - all the food was great as well as the service. Can't wait to return and continue to explore their new summer menu options! Thanks again!
