My wife and I celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary on 07/21. Eddie V’s is our “go to” for special occasions. The service was great, the food was excellent, and the cocktails were delicious.

Wonderful visit, excellent food, great service all around. Celebrated nephews’ birthdays. Wanted a special place and this was great. We very much enjoyed the experience. Everything I hoped for .

Lidia's features authentic, regional Italian cuisine. Every item at the restaurant is house-made entirely from scratch with the best ingredients available. Breads and desserts are baked in-house daily and each salad and entree is prepared fresh.

The Savoy provided an incredible experience to me and my boyfriend as we celebrated our anniversary. We were greeted by a friendly host who guided us to a secluded private dining experience off the main dining room of The Savoy. This was a delightful surprise which I won't forget. The service and food was excellent, but the ambience is what truly made the night. I will certainly be returning.

Contrary to popular belief, JJ's Restaurant is not named for popular owner Jimmy Frantzé. In 1985, Jimmy purchased JJ Malane's from his former business partner and the saloon's namesake. Malane's went away, but JJ's remained, and a West Plaza fine dining icon was born. Jimmy invested his enthusiasm and passion for exceptional contemporary American food, steaks and wine to build one of the finest restaurants in Kansas City just a block west of the Country Club Plaza. He helped create an environment that attracted and kept one of the most professional staffs in the region. He inspires so much loyalty that when the new JJ's reopened 18 months after a 2013 fateful fire, almost all of his staff re-joined him.

I have enjoyed eating at JJs for over 35 years. Food and service are always excellent. Paco’s shrimp remains my favorite appetizer. Various cuts of meat are done to perfection. Can’t go wrong with other entrees or the French onion soup. Extensive wine list (including by the glass) and staff is always available to assist.

Great atmosphere and great drinks. We had reservations but showed up almost 1 hour early and they wet very accommodating. It was thr hostess/waitresses fest day and she knocked it out of the park. I would recommend for a very calm relaxing drink.

Great, the bone in steak does not really seem worth the extra money. The Filet is the best steak in the house. The staff is TOP notch
