We love coming to Hawaii for the past 25 years! We love to try different "Blue Plate" restaurants on the islands. Aloha Blue Plate is the Gold Standard! Your remodel was well done and a fun surprise! The food excellent and service exceptional from front to back! Thank you for a perfect beginning in Paradise. Lahaina Strong!

""We are specialized in Omakase, and we have Lunch and Dinner Omakase Course."" Dinner Omakase will be $ 245 and 18 dishes plus dessert, and Lunch Omakase will be $175 and 15 dishes plus dessert.

We have 3 Omakase seatings daily... 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm. Any allergies will need to be noted prior to the reservation date, so a special menu can be prepared. (We cannot accommodate the guest with all shellfish allergy, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten intolerance, or if you do not like uni)

Diners must cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance or will be subject to $75 fee, or $100 if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours. If you do not show up, the fee will be full price of the course.

Please call us to make a reservation for a party of 5 or more.
A 18% gratuity may added for parties of 5 or more .

This was by far the best sushi I’ve had outside of Japan. The dishes were delicious and super creative with ingredients sourced from around the world. The restaurant is nondescript with seating for 10. Drink options are limited, and the restroom leaves a lot to desire. Despite these drawbacks, I would go again, again, and again for the food experience. Even the locals don’t know much about this place - which is both sad and a blessing! It would be a Michelin star restaurant if it was on the mainland.

I only had I issue and it is a minor one. If it's your first the there, you probably won't be able to find the entrance. Other than that, great food. The sushi chef was talented and had great communication.

The octopus was outstanding. So glad cuz it’s the reason we came to Maya’s. Actually ordered it twice. Would definitely come back for it again.

Worth the drive from Poipu to enjoy a truly authentic and creative dinner. Every course stood out for being not just interesting but also incredibly delicious. Would definitely recommend dining here no matter where you are staying on Kauai!

It was our first visit to the chef’s table and we loved it! The food was really great and all the staff were welcoming and professional. The service was spot on (John) and the chefs were super nice. Great evening.

At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

Sushi Sasabune offers a unique Omakase-style sushi experience. We specialize in using as much local fish as possible, creating a meal that can be found nowhere else in the world! Sasabune is a specialty sushi restaurant, meaning we do not serve tempura, noodles, California rolls etc. All nigiri are served with its own unique sauce and topping, meant to be eaten as is.
