El Berners Tavern, el último restaurante del chef y empresario Jason Atherton, es un lugar de reunión que ofrece comida, entretenimiento, desayunos, almuerzos, cenas, té y cenas a última hora. Se sitúa en The London EDITION Hotel, en la calle Berners, en la céntrica zona londinense de Fitzrovia. El restaurante tiene una entrada independiente por la calle. The table can seat up maximum of 12 guests in case the number would go up slightly and the party would be required to dine from a three-course set menu which is £80 per person. Join us on Friday 2nd May for the second in our monthly concert supper series; Live at Berners. Taking place on the first Friday of each month, the series will pair a curated dining experience with live musical performances in a candlelit setting. Tonight our string quartet will take us on a musical journey, beginning in the grand ballrooms of Vienna with compositions by Haydn, Schubert, and Kreisler, before crossing the Atlantic for Broadway classics from The Sound of Music, Les Miserables, West Side Story, South Pacific, and more. Our la carte menu is available as well as a special set-menu including a welcome glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, a Patrón Silver Clarita cocktail, or a non-alcoholic alternative.

Taking place on the first Friday of each month, the series will pair a curated dining experience with live musical performances in a candlelit setting. This month's Berners Live- Pride special - is presented in collaboration with the creative team behind Classical Drag - a vibrant fusion of contemporary classical music and London’s trailblazing drag scene. Hosted by iconic drag artists Dinah Lux and Barbs, with special guest instrumentalists from the LGBTQ+ classical community, the evening promises an extravagant and unforgettable dinner party of music, wit, and theatrical flair. Our la carte menu is available as well as a special set-menu including a welcome glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, a Patrón Silver Clarita cocktail, or a non-alcoholic alternative. A £10 per cover supplement will be added to your bill raising funds for our LGBTQ+ charity partners- The Albert Kennedy Trust and Not at Phase

This month we will be rounding things off and celebrating the start of the highly anticipated Oasis tour with a Oasis and Brit Pop Summer special. Our la carte menu is available as well as a special set-menu including a welcome glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, a Patrón Silver Clarita cocktail, or a non-alcoholic alternative. Looking forward to seeing you then, and we will be back in September with more Live at Berners events.

Very helpful and kind staff. The food was horrible however. They did not charge us for the starters which was very professional and the chef did communicate with us that there was indeed a problem which is also fantastic. However you’d expect better quality food in a signature place like BT.

Sommelier was amazing… our Italian server was so nice nothing was too difficult even got a plaster for my wife as she developed a blister walking around the shops… we sat close to the kitchen and it was a delight to watch the superb chefs decorate the fantastic dishes

Beautiful dining room and very attentive staff. Just disappointed with the ‘early’ menu. You would struggle if you don’t like fish. 2 main fish dishes , a vegetarian option that was just veg. Or a steak that had a £10 surcharge. Shame.

We had a great dinner last night at Berners Tavern, but what made the difference was Ionut, he was engaging, fun, and made us feel at home. He would be a reason why we would go again. Food was great, service excellent and good vibes all round 😊

First time we visited here in 2019 the food was amazing - need to take another bite type of food. Finally getting to come back now in 2024, would have to say we were a bit disappointed (moved from #1 on our fav restaurants list to in the 4th—maybe further down slot). Mac n cheese with braised beef is still fantastic but everything else food wise, was just nice (nothing to write home about). Cocktails were really nice—still one of the most solid restaurants on having great tasting cocktails. Server may have been a breakfast server who got put on dinner shift but was not up to the level you’d expect for $$$.

Such a gorgeous room. What has happened to the service? This place used to be top notch. The food is fine. It's all perfectly nice and well presented, but the menu is limited, uninspired, and the dishes aren't standouts. I had the Lobster Mac and Cheese - very little lobster, and the cheese was more liquid/souplike consistency. One guest had the steak frites, the frites were very ordinary. But it was the service that was really poor: slow on everything, not attentive, didn't refill water glasses, couldn't catch a waiter's eye, took 15 minutes to bring a glass of wine. That said, the room is still GORGEOUS if you are looking for a beautiful backdrop.

I loved it here, the food was great and so were the staff. The pricing was fair too, in terms of location, portion sizes etc. I will be coming again.
