Join us on Friday 4th July for the last in this series of our monthly concert suppers- Live at Berners. Taking place on the first Friday of each month, the series pairs a curated dining experience with live musical performances in a candlelit setting. This month we will be rounding things off and celebrating the start of the highly anticipated Oasis tour with a Oasis and Brit Pop Summer special. Our la carte menu is available as well as a special set-menu including a welcome glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, a Patrón Silver Clarita cocktail, or a non-alcoholic alternative. Looking forward to seeing you then, and we will be back in September with more Live at Berners events.

Great friendly reception on arrival even though we were early . Shown to bar amazing drinks and snacks served promptly Shown to table that to be honest was a little small for 3 people Food was good with the exception of the lamb rump that was very undercooked maybe they could look at how the prepare and serve this dish Service was good ambience very good Would definitely recommend

We came here because we had a reservation and then our plans changed, but we didn't want to pay 100 pounds cancellation so we came at 5pm to get some starters - still ended up paying almost 200 pounds. The setting is gorgeous! But we did have some issues with the service. First they didn't ask about allergies and the butter came and it appeared to have some flavor in it since it was darker - we weren't sure if it had nuts in it and it took awhile to ask someone before we could eat it. Turns out it was marmite which we are not allergic to. Then we ordered the filet because we wanted less meat and they accidentally brought us a ribeye. They offered to bring the filet as well, but that would have then been twice as much meat which would have defeated the purpose of trying to eat less meat. So we said we would just eat it. Also we ordered the bernaise sauce and got peppercorn sauce. Then they kept mixing up the sparkling water and the still water. Then the salad was not great, just super bitter lettuce and truffle oil. The lobster mac side was super tiny, but good. the tuna tartar appetizer was very interesting and different. We didn't stay for dessert. But there were only a few tables in there at 5pm so it was surprising that there were so many service errors. Sorry!

What an incredible restaurant/space! The design and decor are absolutely stunning. You’d need to sit in a different place each time so you could take in all of the beautiful art on the walls! Everyone we interacted with was engaged, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the cod and my daughter had the filet steak. Both cooked to perfection! Thank you for a lovely evening. We will absolutely be back!

Our dinner at Berners Tavern was to celebrate our last night in the UK after a 2 week vacation. We had a great time - food and service was excellent. 5 stars all around.

We had such high hopes ! The restaurant came highly recommended by friends - so we booked way in advance. Sadly- it was a let down. We never received one of our sides - each dish was given to the wrong person at the table … and most of our steaks were cooked wrong :(. Also- our dirty plates were left for so long at the table - we kept trying to flag a waiter down so we could order dessert before our show started ….. they never came :(. We ran out of time. I hope this was just an off night - as the actual space is beautiful.

Absolutely superb evening here. Grandiosity of the room is second to none. Food was an easy 9/10 Service very very good - shoutout to GG & Hammy. Wine list also incredible Cocktails very good All in a fantastic evening
