My friend and I hadn’t seen each other in almost 10 months and we dined at Bent Fork for dinner and cocktails to catch up. Initially we sat a few minutes prior to our server taking our order (that that was due to the fact that our server for 3 tables without less than 5 mins of each other) so once she came to take our order our service was top notch after that! We had martinis (lemon drop and classic vodka slightly dirty ) they were yummy but pricey for Aurora dining $11-12.50 per martini but they were worth it! We have the cauliflower “wings” appetizer that are vegan and yummy! I had the yummy salmon Cesar salad. My friend has the grilled cheese and tomato soup entree; however her bottom half of grilled cheese was soggy and she didn’t eat it. Our server Katelyn was friendly. We would return probably for drinks and appetizers. I’d have that sals again for sure.
We always love going to Bent Fork-Aurora. We consider it to be a great neighborhood place to take our friends.
small amount of ingredients in the Cobb salad. disappointing
Food was delicious and the waitress very kind
Waitress Rebecca went out of her way to serve all 9 of us. Nothing was forgotten! Thank you
We sat at the bar for happy hour and dinner. Love love love the bartender, Jake. The service was phenomenal, drinks exceptional, and the food was amazing! Definitely will be back.
Amazing ,delicious food. I'm just sad is no longer the green chili macaroni and cheese :(
My wife's food was cold. Baby back ribs should be served hot. Potion was good.
We love the Bent Fork. It’s become our favorite place for special occasions, we’ll be back for our anniversary.
Valentines Day was shot to heck. Food was cold and wrong. My wife had reminded me that Bent Fork had always been hit or miss. We had been there a few times and sometimes it was good and sometimes not so good. This visit was not good and we went elsewhere to get desert.
Excellent, attentive service even though it was a very busy Valentine's evening. The martinis were fabulous, the food delicious and perfectly cooked. We were very happy with our choice and had a nice meal out!
Nice place that’s not overly crowded, enjoy dining without having to go far.
Has improved since my last visit a few years ago. Good menu.
Good neighborly restaurant. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs; good customer service which I have no complaints about. We got there a little past 11:30. By 12:15, the restaurant was busy with diners. I got the impression that this place is very much appreciated by the locals in the neighborhood.
Great food and service. Will definitely be back. Value for the price is pretty good I thought as well.
The service is TERRIBLE!!! I made a reservation on Open Table. Apparently there was no point as they only worked off the walk in list even though I checked in. The bartender behind the bar was great. The server in the bar area - TERRIBLE! He never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Looked at us like we were crazy when we asked if we could have silverware which didn’t arrive until after the food. Then we asked for ketchup with the fries. My god you would have thought we were asking for gold. This was a definite service fail all around.
Great place for Gluten Free people. Happy Hour is a great deal!
Service was very slow, but waitress was very pleasant. Food was overly spiced, and cold. Half of it was under cooked. Couldn't eat. Overall everything was a little “off”. It felt like a “ chain restaurant”. Probably should have gone to a chain restaurant like Outback instead. Sorry but i cant recommend
One of favorite restaurants in the Denver area. Food and service are consistently outstanding
Good service & good food!
Great prime rib and outstanding service.
The people who work at the Bent Fork Grill are top notch in customer service. We were delayed due to traffic and they were gracious and accommodating. The food was very good. I had the short rib tacos and they were very hearty and tasty. I think most of the dishes that I tried would benefit from some contrast in flavors. For example, the short rib tacos included goat cheese -- two very rich items. A chimichurri sauce -- something to brighten the taste--would enhance the dish immensely.
I love the Bent Fork. I've been going there for ages, since back in the days when I worked in Aurora and looked for good places for lunch or dinner. I've been there for special occasions and just casual get togethers with friends and family. It never disappoints.
We always down here when we go to the barbershop chorus program at the University of Denver. It’s always good and we always enjoy having it start our evening
We are regulars; service was attentive and professional as usual. The kitchen is consistently good.
My wife's sandwich, fries, slaw and wine were excellent. My $27 rib eye steak was overcooked and dry, and the potatoes were almost tasteless. I will go back, but will order cheaper/simpler items that they do better than steaks. Burgers and pasta will be the most likely choices, as they have been very good in the past.
It was the 16th birthday of the daughter of some friends. Our waitress was great in terms of serving the birthday cake we brought to the restaurant and lighting the lotus candle on the cake.
We always dine at the Bent Fork for special occasions, and always have a wonderful dinner experience. Outstanding service, quality and price points.
When I requested a smaller portion of my lunch selection, she proposed an alternative way to order it. It was a great solution, and the salmon was, as usual, cooked just right. The Bent Fork, in both Aurora and in Loveland, are go-to lunch venues when I want to get caught up with old friends. Thanks!
Love the Bent Fork. The steak and goat cheese bruschetta appetizer is phenomenal, and I've never had a bad entree there. The service has always been excellent. I usually make an Open Table reservation through the Google maps page when checking traffic and have never had more than a few minute wait upon arrival. The only negative I can think of is in their seating area that looks like it used to be a patio before it was converted into a permanent structure, it can get a little chilly if it's cold outside. So if you're seated there and it's cold out, you may be dining with your jacket on. Won't stop me from coming back though. It is a little pricier than I can afford on a regular basis but it is a very nice treat.
Will not go back would tell anyone to go there. could be a lot better
Good food & service as usual!
Was not a $60 meal plus tip. Food very bland.
Everything was very nice.
Just gramma & kid enjoying lunch and conversation.
Service was great. So was food.
Service was not up to its usual standards - felt like my food was just dropped on my table. I was almost done eating before server came back to check on me. Wall next to table was dirty. Ambiance is not what it was several years ago. Host was great - very welcoming & strong presence.
This was my first visit to Bent Fork Grill. Met a couple of friends. All enjoyed their meals immensely.
Excellent food, great service. Not very busy. A hidden gem.
We had great food and extra great service from Marcus. We'll be definitely going back!
