Ordered a glass of wine at the bar and was served in a Brandy snifter, possibly because there was very little left in the opened bottle. Food quality was very poor.

We had reservations for 7:30pm, we were seated at 8:15pm. My wife ordered the margarita that was basically lemon water and we asked to be changed to sprite which took 20 minutes after multiple reminders. I ordered the wagyu beef specialty entree with 6 course meal. The wagyu beef was very chewy and not at all like wagyu. When we complained the manager did not even have the courtesy to come and have a discussion. The servers were in a hurry , they gave us the bill even before serving us the ice cream and Japanese tea which was included in our meal. Worst experience.

Poor service, also must have been a new chef, cooking was backwards, got appetizer almost last. The food was good, but prices have really skyrocketed.

The food was amazing at Benihana! I forgot how good it was. Our Chef Mauricio did a great job with cooking and presentation. And the flavors - out of this world! Can we say choo-choo?!!

Restaurant and bar area was very dirty and unsanitary. I watched servers make drinks in the same mixer without washing them out. Basically mixing alcohol from other drinks. I watched them touch garnishes without cleaning their hands. It looked as if the restaurant isn’t being managed properly.

The entire restaurant was fairly dirty. Our server and our chef did not seem friendly nor that they wanted to be there. Anytime we asked for something (refill, napkins) it seemed like an inconvenience. My daughter did not receive half the items she was supposed to off the kids menu but our server was hard to track down to even get it corrected. We came for my son’s 7th birthday and he did not get a birthday photo or anything. Not a good experience.
