   Ran out of silverware, napkins, server had no personality. Took forever to get drink refills, most of the food was really good but they tend to overcook the seafood. Seemed like less food than previous visits and cost more

   Packed 10 people- 2 Separate reservations to a flat top that fits 8- losing the ambience of eating around the grill. Chef barely engaged, no interaction with the table. Food was mediocre at best. Fried rice had little taste and ordered steak med-rare and steak was served to 4 people well done. Shrimp and lobster was way overcooked. Never offered green team and had to ask for sherbet- no ice cream option. It was a bother to the waitress to get it. Very disappointed, used to be a favorite and I will never return. Way over priced for low quality food and poor service.

   Jose is the best chef! All our food was fantastic! The service was good, our wait was very reasonable. My only complaint is that the prices are outrageous! If I didn’t have the $30 off birthday coupon, we wouldn’t have even gone, and now, that coupon isn’t even worth it.

   For some reason I could make a bar reservations, which doesn’t exist. Showed up and no such thing as bar reservation. Cheers to that.

   An hour after our reservation time, we agreed to give up our teppan spot and sit in the sushi area instead. Here, we were seated and received our soup and salad… and nothing else. After 15 min we got forks. After requesting napkins 15 min later, we received paper towel. 2 hours after our reservation time, we asked about our food and were told it would be another 45 min. Since we have a toddler, we had to leave. When we informed the manager we were leaving, she did not even apologize. Instead, she told us “it’s an upstairs decision as to how many reservations we take, so it is what it is.”

    Took our chances going out on Christmas Day. Even with reservation, had to wait approximately 90 minutes for our table. People waiting everywhere.. sheer chaos with carryouts etc! If you have that many reservations, carryouts should be eliminated so poor workers can concentrate on everyone physically there! Did they overbook reservations?? Were you short workers, what exactly was the problem??? Nobody ever apologized for the wait or explained anything making it even worse. So many frustrated people everywhere! I will say that even with the chaos, our waiter Olivia and cook Ricardo were extremely pleasant. Then to add insult to injury, bar service backed up causing us to get cocktails well over 30 minutes after being seated and then salads coming while we were eating our meals. JUST A MESS!!! I feel for every person working there as you were set up to fail!!!
