   We waited for almost two hours food was okay , but service was horrible

   We arrived at the restaurant before our 5pm reservation and were told that we would have at least a 45 minute to an hour wait. We waited almost two hours. We had 8 in our party and arrived to our table where they added in two additional chairs. 10 people at our table was tight! The service was not the same because our waitress was over-worked. She just couldn't keep up and that was no fault of hers. The chef was really good. We didn't leave until 9pm. That means we were there for 4 hours! The place was jammed. Someone must have overbooked their reservations. Shame on corporate for allowing that to happen. This was not the experience we were used to at one of our favorite restaurants. Hopefully it improves.

   Did a reservation for 3:30 ain’t eat until 5pm and when I checked in the lady told me 30-45 minutes.

   Our waitress was amazing! My family had a great time there today for Mother's Day.

   Mi reserva fue para 7:45pm me sentaron a las 9:15 de la noche y después de eso tuve que esperar una hora más para que atendieran, no me dieron cubiertos, en fin un costumer service pésimo, la chef muy atenta y comida deliciosa pero no creo que regrese

   Very fun evening. Nan did a great job on the grill. Victoria was very helpful. Food was well prepared and enjoyed the show.

   We sat in the sushi bar area. We’ve seen the show multiple times so there’s was no need to do that. I was in need of some garlic butter rice and our food was hot, came out almost right away. Great experience

   It was my wife’s birthday. The hostess kinda blew the surprise that we had extra guests in our party to my wife. She’s apologized but didn’t seem very sincere. As we’re waiting for our drinks at the bar. A guest walks up just before HH ended and wanted a drink with tequila in it. Instead of the bartender recommending a drink she just kept giving her the menu to her to read. As we’re waiting to get seated our server (can’t remember her name) came over and said hello. It seemed like we were being rushed the whole dinner. The first round of drinks she took my friend wasn’t ready. When the server came back with our drinks the server made my friend wait because she wasn’t ready to take her drink order. She said I tried to take your order but you wasn’t ready.. When the chef started to cook dishes were stacking up. The server would take a couple dishes but not all. So I started putting the dishes on the floor. I had no where else to put them. Not one person walked by to pick them up or ask how they got there. When we would ask for something the server would just keep walking instead of standing there and listen to what we needed. I must say it has been some time since I’ve been to this location and it definitely shows it has changed. The walls were definitely dirty and bathroom trash was heaping over. For the area and amount of money spent in they definitely need to step it up.
